We always stay here when in Sydney as it meets all our needs.
Pros:

The breakfast catered to all tastes and was perfect. The front of house staff were pleasant and helpful.
Location is handy to transport and shopping.

Cons:

The bedding was too heavy and hot.
It would be helpful to have some beach towels for outings to Bondi or other beaches.

Comfortable stay. Accessible to transport options tot the Quay and entertainment precincts.
Pros:

We were offered a family room on arrival as my wife and I were travelling with our daughter.
Only stayed one night, but it was quiet and comfortable despite the building activity going on across the road.

Nothing that we can point to.

A perfectly suitable stay for a catch up with friends.
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Location was excellent and the coffee was 10/10.

Cons:

Unfortunately I didn’t find the bed comfortable and thought my room was a little bland and dark.

Pros:

La situation était assez bonne bien que juste un petit trop peu loi du centre par contre proche des transports publics. Le petit-déjeuner était normal pour cette catégorie d'hôtel par contre toujours un peu trop cher.

Cons:

Intérieur un peu vieillot, couloirs et chambres avec des anciennes moquettes et un peu de bruit. Les fenêtres ne sont pas neuves non plus, idem moquettes.

Pros:

The location - in the heart of the city and easy to access public transport and to walk around. Many bars and restaurants nearby - options are unlimited.

Cons:

Room 1816 - extremely noisy throughout the night.
Even though in city centre… better soundproofing should be considered.
