Pros:

Rated brekkie well. Busy at time but good atmosphere / good food / options. Left luggage @ concierge as not returning to act on train till 5pm

Cons:

Lack of view / natural light tho clearly this related to room itself. Access to rydes entrance originnally difficult as road or other works in area on george st meant had to cross pitt st, head up street and work out from there (rain at time) perhps some signage placed by rdges may hav assisted

All the team were very friendly, with a smile, nothing was a problem.
Pros:

I immersed myself into the two day workshop that I went for, but there were plenty of places close by to eat. I'm not a city person, but the Hotel was beautiful & their team, all of them, were friendly & courteous.

Pros:

Location and room excellent. Concierge and check in staff were good.

Cons:

Check out staff were disinterested in feedback and quite dismissive. It would also have been good to have been told that coffee was not included in the breakfast price when orderingrather than finding out at checkout.
