Most things were fine.
Pros:

The hotel was located close to the theatre we were attending

Cons:

Parking. We prepaid our parking online but there weren't any spots left when we arrived at 3pm. We parked in a spot for electric cars.
Hotel doesn't have Fox TV which was disappointing.

In a great position in the heart of the city, beds were very comfortable.
Pros:

We loved all aspects of the hotel, position was very convenient to and from the train station, check in and check out was easy, staff very friendly, rooms very clean, beds extremely comfortable.

Cons:

We were very happy, nothing we didn't like.

Pros:

The hotel’s biggest positive is definitely the location, it was very convenient and made it easy to get around, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was pretty disappointing. Room service was very expensive, and the pizza we ordered was honestly terrible. We only ate one slice and left the rest because it just wasn’t enjoyable at all.

The beds were also quite soft, which left us with sore backs, so they weren’t very comfortable for us. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly. We had it set to 18 degrees on cool with the fan on full, but it barely made any difference to the room temperature.

Overall, great location, but for the price, the comfort and service really didn’t match expectations

Disappointing
Pros:

The pillows were comfy and it was clean

Cons:

No heating room was cold. Chromecast for tv didnt work. Power in room kept turning off. Too much noise from surround bars and traffic didnt sleep
