Cons:

I’ve never been harassed by a property like this. I book the room through the booking app & get a follow up email & text message. Then another email rolls in insisting I complete a pre-check-in form. They follow up by calling me directly - I ignored it as I was driving. I arrive at the hotel before 10 pm & check in. At 9:10 am the next morning, they send me another message inquiring when would I be leaving? Weird stuff. I only stayed here since no properties were available with the group I hold gold status with. Overall annoying & invasive experience.

A Medicine Hat hotel near restaurants and shops with clean rooms and great showers.
Pros:

Close to amenities, great shower- walk in made it easy to use.

Cons:

The hotel was old, it seemed like someone had tried unsuccessfully to renovate the hotel. In the description it should state, the breakfast bar is on the second floor and can only be accessed by a large flight of stairs. The breakfast itself was very poor. Most times there were no staff present. The food containers would sit empty. The potatoes and sausages were uncooked . The only fruit available were apples. Friends were staying at the hotel at the same time, and after the first breakfast, they chose to not eat the free breakfast. But instead to eat elsewhere.
