Great night stay
Pros:

Great stay, very comfortable beds and roomy room. Showers pressure was awesome and nice hot shower too.Nice touch on Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Plus was plenty and hot- nicer sitting areas to enjoy the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Ok but wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Location…clean…

Cons:

Very thin walls. Very noisy neighbours wee hours of the night…early 6:30 noise with loud children talking..baby crying.
Food wasn’t served in a sanitary manner. Everyone reached into bread bag to make toast.. no tongs used or available! Apples not wrapped..open to all hands!

Cons:

It would be better to adjust the time of the breakfast. The current time is from 6 to 9. I get up at 8:30, there is not much egg&meat left when I plan to have my breakfast. :(

Nothing to do with the room .
Pros:

Room was comfy, clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

First,on their website,nothing was mentioned about the $200 for security deposit for room damage, I didn't mind it ,but at the checkout she didn't ask for my credit card to cancel that $200 deposit that was ask the night before,she told me it will take a few days before it is cancel, So Im suppose to take her words for it,and plus I ask for a proper receive and copy of the charge to my credit card for taxes purpose, she doesn't have to,I should have one from Booking.com,so very unprofessional of them ,I do travel a lots across Canada,so I will think twice next time to book a room with them anywhere in Canada..

Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Medicine Hat. I would not hesitate to recommend to our family and

Had the king size suite, loved that we had a door that went to the parking lot. Very easy to come and go from the room without having to go down hallways to get out. Loved that there was a lounge in the building. Food was excellent and the staff in the lounge were very personable and accommodating (made us feel that they knew us from years ago)

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about the property

Pros:

Location is very convenient, very helpful staff, temperature of the room seemed to stay consistent , adequate and handy parking. The breakfast was very complete with several hot options.

Cons:

I would like to see more towel hooks, inside and outside the bathroom. Found that unhandy and unusual.
