The room was spacious and clean. Everything was fine. It was a bit stuffy in the room, and there was no AC nor a ceiling fan. Opening the window let in some fresh air. The breakfast was incredible. So many choices, and the food was really good. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was great, and not expensive. Loved that it was so close to the metro, and to the mall.
The first day of our stay, there was a strong sewage smell that we could smell throughout the building and even in our room. I don't know if work was being done in the area, or if it was the hotel, but it was unpleasant. The next day was better. Also, upon check-in, we were informed the rooms would have an additional cost because there was only one name on the reservation and since there were 2 people in the room, it would cost more for the 2nd person. In all the years I have used Booking.com, I have never had the issue before this hotel.

Estaba sucio bajo la cama y las sabanas me dieron alergia, más la recepcionista no quiso ayudarme a conseguir una pastilla para la alergia siendo las 11pm

O banheiro deixava a desejar em comparação com o quarto, precisando de uma reforma.
El desayuno me gusta mucho porque tienen una variedad en el bufffet en especial una avena con nueces y manzana verde que no hay en ningún hotel de Quito. Un10/10
