Central, safe, service oriented
Pros:

As you would expect, this hotel shines. Huge, modern, clean, comfortable, and secure. Located a block or so from a Metro station, this makes a good base for exploring Quito or taking a tour (offered via Hop On Hop Off, whose kiosk is just one metro ride away, with tickets sold at the front desk (no markup) as well.

Breakfast was very impressive. A full complement of hot dishes, many local only, were offered, and eggs to order are an option too. Dining area is large and all foods were kept fully stocked throughout my time there. In the evenings from 5 to 10 PM there is free canelazo, the signature spiced hot beverage of Quito, Ecuador, which is made by boiling water with cinnamon, panela (unrefined cane sugar), and naranjilla fruit. It is traditionally spiked with local aguardiente (sugar cane alcohol) to keep locals warm in the Andean chill." It is out of this world delicious, perfect on cool nights, and I may have had a second cup. ; )

Airport rides with a private driver can be arranged by the hotel staff. Daily housekeeping is offered automatically. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Solo pequeño problema menor, relacionado con la puerta de la habitación, que mostraba un desperfecto ligero el cual fue comunicado para que se corrigiera a futuro sobre todo por un tema de seguridad

Este hotel esta muy bien ubicado, con un sevicio excelente, parada taxis con servicio exclusivo para el hotel, uno puedo moverse a cualquier parte del país. Cuenta con seguridad 24 horas, una atencion excelente, les recomiendo 100%. El desayuno magnifico clase, Top, volvere muy seguro a este hotel, yo como viajero frecuente me he sentido de lo mejor en Quito
