Nice atmosphere with an efficient check in and checkout. The room service and food was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. I would stay here again 10/10
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They were clean the atmosphere in not very noisy. Their breakfast is excellent. The chef I believe his name is Enrique or Henrry. He is top-notch.
I consider this an ok choice mostly because it is right next to a nice park. The hotel is outdated and the facilities are basic. Street races around the hotel during the night interfere with a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was nice but in the evening there was a concert in the lobby with lots of sound until 22.30. The hotel has events going on all the time that we were there. The staff was friendly. The hymns very basic and only for 18+ year old so my kids got bored a bit without facilities for them.

The staff here is amazing and always ready to help. You are also always greeted and feel welcome. The check-in was also smooth and easy. The room was clean, no complaints there either. The only thing that you might need to keep in mind is that you are in a city and traffic noise will be a thing. It does get better after 10pm, till 6am or so. The location was a great reason why we initially chose this hotel and it did not disappoint. There was a very nice mall just a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The food choices there are endless. The value is very well worth it. Just the breakfast alone which was very nice is a bonus. We also had dinner here one night and both the service and food quality exceeded our expectations.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca al Parque La Carolina, hay centros comerciales cerca y restaurantes. Las instalaciones son cómodas y el restaurante tenía buena comida. El desayuno muy rico, y también pude cenar allí un día y me gustó.
El gimnasio es bastante pequeño, y no tienen donde llenar botellas de agua. En otros hoteles en la recepción hay una fuente donde se pueden llenar los termos de agua, y así evitar el uso de botellas plásticas.
Chef Henry and Yadiria always made sure the breakfast buffet was perfect. It had a delicious variety of Ecuadorian dishes, fresh fruit, juices, and everything you can expect for a great start of your day. Room was clean and with plenty of space. It had a view of the Cotopaxi, the Panecillo, the cathedral, and the park. Great location and great service. I highly recommend it.
