Don’t doubt just book this hotel!
Pros:

The pool
Some sunshades or sun umbrellas would have been welcome.
The breakfast, although many dishes Indian and very spicy , for everyone some choice for sure.
The staff, very very nice and helpful.
Room on the higher floors with balcony.
The gym
The mall attached to the hotel which has all you need.
Possibility of early check in and check out with a fee.
Room service possibility with reasonable prices.
Close to some attractions and neighborhoods.
TrainStation via the inner buildings. Very convenient. With 3RM you can go all the way to the center. Also Grab is at some hours cheap.
Housekeeping doing a great job everyday! Thank you!

Cons:

It was a bit far from some attraction but close to others but if you wish to walk to the twin towers for example that would not be possible of course. But we knew that in advance.

Highly recommended Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur 💯
Very convenient especially if you’re travelling with kids—just take the lift down to the mall for food and anything you need. The mall also has TGV Cinemas Sunway Putra Mall if you feel like catching a movie. Parking was easy too—RM13 paid at the hotel with unlimited entry/exit. The hotel staff were also very friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very comfortable and family-friendly stay

The breakfast was very tasty, the staff were friendly and has great attitude. Despite i did an error of clicking the no-housekeeping button by accident, they still did the service when i left again for shopping that evening upon request. I frequently came to this hotel for these reasons. Since i was young and now a working adult, this hotel is often one of my top choices for vacation. This time i booked 3 rooms for 6.

Dear Management,
I was hoping to stay at your hotel again in the future; however, I would like to highlight some important observations regarding my recent stay.
First, there should be reception staff available on the ground floor. Having both the lobby and reception located only on the ninth floor is quite unusual and caused confusion upon arrival.
Second, I had several pieces of luggage, including one large and heavy suitcase. Unfortunately, I did not find anyone available to assist me. I had to carry and drag my bags a considerable distance to reach the reception, and then again from the reception to the elevator and finally to my room. This was extremely exhausting.
Finally, even after completing the check-out process and handing over the room key, I did not receive any assistance with my luggage.
Regrettably, these issues significantly affected my overall experience, and as a result, I do not believe I will choose to stay at your hotel again.
I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.
