El hotel es viejo y sucio no le daría categoría ni de dos estrellas siendo generoso
Esta abarrotado de gente. La piscina,el desayuno y la recepción. Hubo un día que tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para que nos dieran la llave de la habitación de la cantidad de gente que había! Eso cuando llegas agotado de un viaje. Imaginad....
Habitaciones en muy mal estado y podría continuar y no terminar nunca de sacar pegas a ese hotel

El peor hotel donde me he alojado. Nunca había imaginado que un hotel pudiese estar abarrotado de gente. Colas en la recepción y colas de espera para el desayuno. Tremendamente ruidoso.

Tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación el primer día. Se rompió el baño y se fue la luz solo de nuestra habitación

Mala atención del personal. Había que esperar colas interminables para ser atendido en recepción. Mala experiencia con las habitaciones. De hecho tuvieron que cambiarnos de una de ellas del pésimo estado en el que se encontraba. Había multitud de personas y resultaba muy agobiante. No puedo hacer ningún comentario positivo. No vayáis si podéis evitarlo

Overpriced 3-star service disguised as a 5-star hotel

Charged us a hefty fee for early check-in (after booking two large rooms), yet still made my 65-year-old parents wait 🤦‍♂️. The minibar and USB ports didn't work, and room service was constantly delayed.
Worse, when my elderly father cut his finger opening a tight bottle cap and accidentally broke two glasses 🩹, housekeeping spent 30 minutes photographing the mess for reports instead of clearing the dangerous glass or helping us 😡. The manager then rudely billed us 20 MYR at checkout for cheap glassware worth 3–4 MYR 🙄.
The rooms have zero soundproofing because the wall partition is literally a cheap mattress between rooms (see photos) 🙉. To top it off, we found bed bugs 🪲❌.
Save your money—not worth 5-star rates at all 🙏.

Good but could do better

It was a good hotel. The stay was comfortable it was away from the hustle bustle of bukit bintang yet quite near to almost all the attractions. It was quite easy to get around from there. The breakfast buffet was the highlight. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Some of the places in the hotel were dusty. Also there was hair in the bathroom drain from the previous guest which wasn't cleaned before giving us the room.

Disappointing stay – definitely not a 5-star experience

Overcharging & poor service at check-in: We booked two large rooms for three guests.

They charged a hefty fee for an early check-in, yet made my 65-year-old parents wait extended hours just to get the keys 🤦‍♂️. A supposedly 5-star property should not nickel-and-dime guests like this 😒.


Missing amenities: The rooms were advertised with a minibar and working USB ports, but none of these were available or functional 🤷‍♂️. Food delivery to the room was also repeatedly delayed.


Lack of basic empathy & petty charges: While trying to open a water bottle with an extremely tight, cheap lid, my elderly father struggled, accidentally broke two glasses, and suffered a deep cut on his finger that needed bandaging 🩹. When we called for housekeeping, the staff member spent 30 minutes taking photos and filing an internal report instead of clearing the dangerous shattered glass or checking if my father was okay 😡.

At checkout, the rude manager insisted on charging us 20 MYR for cheap, untempered glassware worth barely 3–4 MYR 🙄.

Terrible soundproofing & partition walls: The rooms appear poorly partitioned—the separator between the walls is essentially a cheap mattress (visible in photos), meaning noise from neighboring rooms travels straight through 🙉.
Hygiene issues:

On top of everything, there were bed bugs in the room 🪲❌.
Only book here if you are happy paying 5-star prices for low-grade 3-star hospitality. Definitely not worth the money 🙏.

Pros:

The room is very clean and cozy. We liked it. The breakfast is wonderful, it is very testy. The location is moderate, which means that it is very close to Sunway Putra Mall and metro station. However, you need to take taxi or several metro lines to reach for example KLCC or Pavilion.

Cons:

The offered price was quite expensive.
