First time in zanndam
Pros:

Really nice hotel v near station staff friendly & helpful room was lovely really nice breakfast good choice room was so quiet v happy stay

Cons:

Only thing mattress bed was soft but I like a hard mattress but room was lovely

Maar ze stonden met borstel klaar om 10 hr na ontbijt.
Vind ik niet kunnen.
Ik vind voor 10 hr ingescheck voor ontbijt moeten we nog smakelijk en op het gemak kunnen eten.
Hebben spijtig genoeg weinig kunnen genieten van het ontbijt…

Cons:

Ontbijt, we konden tot 10 hr ontbijten.
Maar stonden al met borstel en stofzuiger klaar.
Van het ontbijt niet kunnen genieten… Spijtig

It’s an experience woth the try!!

Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité de la gare de Zaandam pour rejoindre facilement Amsterdam, le fait d'avoir des magasins autour nous permettant de trouver quoi manger ou alors acheter quelque chose qui manquait pour le voyage. Le parking souterrain de la zone est top aussi pour accéder ensuite à l'hôtel. Un gros plus pour la piscine aussi qui est très agréable.
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons eu un soucis avec la fenêtre qui ne voulait pas bien se fermer. Un employé de l'hôtel est tout de suite venu et a pris le temps pour régler cela.

Cons:

Malgré tout, si je dois dire quelque chose à améliorer, c'est peut-être par rapport à la chambre. L'extérieur de l'hôtel est incroyable, tout le monde le prend en photo à raison. Mais la chambre était plus simple, moins cosy, surtout pour le rapport qualité prix (560€ pour 3 nuits sans les petits déjeuners pour 2+ un bébé de 6 mois). Cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de notre séjour à l'hôtel.

Angenehm für paar Tage
Pros:

Man ist sehr schnell in Amsterdam. Mit dem Zug zirka 10 Minuten. Großes Zimmer. TV kann man bewegen. Shopping und essen direkt vor der Tür, auch im Hotel möglich.

Cons:

Betten waren viel zu weich.

אהבתי את המלון, הצוות, המיקום
Pros:

הזמנתי 2 חדרים צמודים דרך booking אך קיבלנו בקומות מרוחקות הצוות לא יכל לעזור בעניין. סה"כ השהות הייתה טובה ונעימה מאוד. בריכת המלון כיפית, ארוחת בוקר עשירה והצוות מאוד נעים ומסביר פנים.

Cons:

בבעיה שהתגלתה בחדרנו נאלצנו לפנות את כל הציוד שלנו בשעה מאוחרת במקום לישון ולהעביר את הדברים בבוקר – מה שגרם לעוגמת נפש מסוימת. המלון לקח אחריות ודאג לפצות אותנו על הטרחה. השירות הטוב, האדיבות וההוגנות של הצוות בהחלט תרמו לכך שנסים את החופשה בטעם טוב.
