Dicht bij winkels en station
Hadden onze koffers in bewaring gegeven aan de receptie en bij afhaling bleek 1 koffer kapot.
We waren zelf verantwoordelijk voor de schade en er werd niets voorgesteld.
I stay fairly regularly for business and the Inntel Zaandam is always of a good standard. The rooms are a decent size, comfortable, quiet (even though it’s so close to the station) and literally less than 15 minutes on the train to Amsterdam Centraal.

Location is very convenient
I was hoping my friend can have breakfast which I messaged hotel before. When they arrive, refused to let them in until much later.

Nothing
Tje building is beautiful and really unique. Loved the bathtub and the train station near by. If you are going for the building, the outside..its nice but not worth the money to actually sleep there
The inside needs some renovation and a better staff! Even tho it was a beautiful building from the outside..the inside is nothing special and definitely not worth the money. The shower door needs some attention, it was not as clean as expected, they did not even put away my dirty cups and changed for clean ones, nor did they replace the coffee i used up...this was all ok until the dinner i was looking forward to, came all burnt , and was served like that with 0 taste. To be fair, the staff agreed that it was bad and i did not have to pay..but still i lost appetite and went hungry to my room. Would not recommend staying here and would not come back. There are way better hotels around Amsterdam and in the area.
Room was a good size, bed was comfy and large shower and bath. breakfast was buffet style and plenty to choose from. Wellness centre was good too.
Steam room in wellness centre is always broken. Some TV channels don't work or you cant cast to the screen.
Clean, excellent location
Staff was extremely helpful, even though we had issues with our booking, they helped to find a solution. Location is very nice and accessible!
