Hotel molt agradable, un esmorzar molt complert i en una situació fantàstica (a 10m caminant del centre històric).

Repetiremos.
Pros:

La habitación espaciosa, cama muy cómoda y almohadas para elegir. El baño genial y todo muy limpio. Personal muy amable y el hotel con una ubicación excelente para poder recorrer el centro y acercarte para descansar algún rato. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Titel: Zeer slechte ervaring en nul service – voelen ons opgelichtPluspunten:Helaas geen.Minpunten:Wat een verschrikkelijk verblijf. Het hotel was aan het renoveren: er werkte maar één lift en de kofferlift was kapot, waardoor we zware koffers de trap op moesten tillen. Dit terwijl vooraf was aangegeven dat mijn vrouw net een heupoperatie had gehad. Ook de medische noodzaak voor een inloopdouche werd genegeerd; we kregen een bad en moesten hemel en aarde bewegen om dit omgewisseld te krijgen.In de nieuwe kamer werkte de airco niet (bij 35 graden!) en kon het badkamerlicht de hele nacht niet uit. De beloofde monteur kwam pas de volgende dag, koppelde het licht los, maar maakte de airco niet. We hebben doodop in de hitte gezeten.Het ontbijt van €13,- was uiterst karig (geen lactosevrij, geen fatsoenlijk fruit of volkorenbrood). Omdat we vroeg moesten vertrekken was ons een vroeg ontbijt beloofd. De zaal bleek dicht en de receptionist, die buiten stond te roken, smeet snel wat eten op een tafeltje naast de receptie. Schandalige service, dit hotel is absoluut geen aanrader!

Cons:

Service en communicatie: Er is geen enkel begrip getoond voor de medische situatie van mijn vrouw (heupoperatie). Beloftes over een kamer met inloopdouche en een vroeg ontbijt werden simpelweg niet nagekomen.
Onderhoud van de kamers: De airconditioning werkte niet bij 35 graden en het badkamerlicht bleef de hele nacht branden. Reparaties werden slecht of niet uitgevoerd.
Toegankelijkheid: Tijdens de renovatie werkte er maar één lift en de kofferlift was kapot. Gasten moeten zelf zware koffers de trap op tillen.
Kwaliteit van het ontbijt: Voor €13,- per persoon was het aanbod zeer beperkt. Er was geen lactosevrije yoghurt, geen volkorenbrood en geen rijp fruit (zoals kiwi's of bananen).
Professionaliteit personeel: Een rokende receptionist die snel wat ontbijt op een tafeltje naast de receptie zet omdat de ontbijtzaal nog dicht is, is volstrekt onacceptabel.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage. Altstadt in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir hatten ein bereits renoviertes Zimmer zum Innenhof, mit sehr durchdachter Ausstattung, Matratze perfekt, Kissenauswahl gut,
Klimaanlage ohne Geräusche. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis- Leistung Verhältnis!

Cons:

Wasser im Zimmer musste bezahlt werden.
