Cons:

Le restaurant le soir - service horrible, personnel désagréable, nourriture passable, attendu plus de 2 heures a 3 personnes avec 1 seule entrée - pas a la hauteur de Movenpick
Petit déjeuner, personnel ok mais buffet clairement pas a la hauteur des 32CHf. Tres peu de choix, majorité des tables sales a 7:30.
Je suis habitué au Movempivk de Bale, le standard est clairement pas au niveau a Geneve… tres décevant!

Perfeito para quem precisa ficar próximo ao aeroporto

Tivemos uma excelente experiência. Para quem busca uma hospedagem próxima ao aeroporto de Genebra, este hotel é uma escolha excepcional. A localização é extremamente conveniente para chegadas e partidas, tornando a logística da viagem muito mais simples.

O quarto era muito espaçoso, confortável e bem equipado, com uma cama excelente que garantiu uma ótima noite de descanso. O café da manhã também superou nossas expectativas, com boa variedade de opções e um ambiente amplo e agradável.

Gostaríamos de fazer um agradecimento especial ao Pedro, da recepção. Além de falar português, foi extremamente gentil, atencioso e prestativo durante toda a nossa estadia. Inclusive, conseguiu uma reserva em um restaurante que não havíamos conseguido por conta própria. Sua cordialidade e disposição para ajudar fizeram uma enorme diferença na nossa experiência e merecem reconhecimento.

Outro grande diferencial é o serviço de transfer oferecido pelo hotel. Embora esteja muito próximo do aeroporto, o trajeto não é prático para ser feito a pé devido às vias de acesso da região. A van disponibilizada pelo hotel torna o deslocamento extremamente confortável e conveniente, tanto na chegada quanto na partida.

Cons:

Não houve nenhum ponto negativo relevante durante nossa estadia. Apenas vale observar que a localização é ideal para quem deseja ficar próximo ao aeroporto. Por estar em uma região mais voltada ao trânsito de passageiros, o hotel não fica próximo do centro histórico, das principais atrações turísticas ou das áreas comerciais da cidade. No entanto, isso está totalmente alinhado à proposta do hotel e não representou qualquer problema para nós.

Good night sleep, friendly staff but F&B below expectations for a Mövenpick
Pros:

The room is very clean, large and has very nice pillows. Makes for a good sleep. Now the challenge is the restaurant which is understaffed, food was not feeling fresh and staff are stressed. The bar is nice but a lighting problem where it feels like you sit in an office environment. Staff overall is friendly, but feel stressed out. Had to wait for 35+ minutes for the airport shuttle to come and pick up at the terminal. Walked back to the terminal from the hotel after check out.
