Cons:

I was somewhat scolded by the shuttle driver when I boarded the shuttle because I did not call the hotel first to let them know I had arrived. I did not know I had to call as the hotel advertises the shuttle as on-going throughout the day. But the main thing is that the restaurant prices are absolutely unreasonable. 17 CHF for a single poached egg resting on 2 tablespoons of green peas with filaments of fried potatoes described on the menu as an "egg on creamy peas and potato straws herb salad!!!" The whole serving fits in a tiny bowl, but it is served on a very large diner plate which, I suppose, makes the presentation elegant; however, it is just an egg that is gone in 2 bites. I made a comment to the waiter who admitted that he had heard the same complaint before, passed it on to management without any results. One has to expect higher restaurant/bar prices at this kind of hotels, but gouging the customer is never a good idea; I will stay at another hotel next time.

Cons:

Comme indiqué le matin du 15 juin dernier lors du check out au réceptionniste puis par courriel resté sans réponse; notre nuitée dans votre établissement Möwenpick hôtel de Genève a été une catastrophe.

En effet, la climatisation qui s'enclenchait plusieurs fois par heure durant de longues minutes faisait un grand bruit détestable d'hélice grinçante nous empêchant de dormir.

Arrivés tard le soir et repartants tôt le lendemain les heures passées dans l'hôtel ont parues longues et très chères.
