Three strikes and we're done with Marriott.
Pros:

Room was great. Location near the airport was great.

Cons:

Spa was dirty had to skim it ourselves. Asked for a 3AM wake up call, NEVER HAPPENED. (same thing happened at Marriott in Nashville in 2019 and Marriott in Visalia in 2016, must be a thing with Marriott. Almost missed flights both times before) Good thing we set an alarm. 🤨

Pros:

Breakfast was good, location was good, staff was courteous. It is a good central location for the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Cons:

The bed sheet did not fit the bed adequately so I had to keep pulling it down over the corner and I could see dirty stains on the side of the mattress pad. I did not get a chance to call to have the bed sheets changed, as i was out late and did not want to wait for it before going to bed the 2nd night.

Great hotel near the Phoenix AZ PHX
Pros:

Clean and quiet! The room is generously sized with a big TV that can be viewed in the living room area and the bed. Super comfortable bed and nice shower/vanity area. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well appointed and also very clean.
The free breakfast is a great value with a variety of eggs, sausage option, yogurt and cereals, waffles and toast options. Advise having your breakfast here rather than paying the high cost at the airport.
Hotel is close to car rental return making this convenient to the airport.

Nice property with free breakfast.
Pros:

The room was large and very clean. Very convenient location with just a few minutes drive to the airport. Breakfast had lots of choices and was very good.

Cons:

That I had to pay additionally for parking.
