Unprofessional. Not the cleanest. But free shuttle
Pros:

Free Shuttle to the concert venue

Cons:

We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready and we arrived an hour after check in time. The room was not fully cleaned once we were permitted in. There was a plate of partially eaten food on the window seal & remnants of food on the floor in multiple locations of the room. The elevator is out of service

I really enjoyed my stay will definitely stay again!!
Pros:

The location of the property was perfect. Staff was very friendly and welcoming!! Rooms were clean! Complimentary shuttle a plus!!

Very pleasant experience.
Pros:

Front desk manned 24 hours, 5 minute drive to the convention center and a gas station/conveince store directly across the street designated smokers spot with benches, temperature controls, free parking, microwave and mini refrigerator.

Cons:

When I booked the disability room the picture showed a sitting area with a love seat. The bathroom was very spacious, but the room itself was very small and no sitting area. The vertical hanging apparatus, would prefer a horizontal rod even if it only covered half of the space to make room for the ironing board. Elevator out of service, it didn't affect me since I was on the first floor, but other patrons had to drag there lug there luggage up one or two flights of stairs.

Pros:

Good location if you need to do business Downtown Detroit and have a car.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine, what you would expect from comfort inn chain.

Cons:

Found an open box of condoms on the floor. The shower curtains were stinky, and the bathtub seemed uncleaned.
Overall. the cleanliness of the room was pretty bad.
