Very disappointing nothing if you are gluten free diet
That is not breakfast. !!!
Our bathroom was so small on 1 person could fit in and also a petite person not XL people could fit in

My room bathroom was very small ,only 1 person could be in it and also not a L or xl person as there is not space,between the boor and the sink and shower Luckily we are petite. ( HAD A KING SIZE ROOM)

We did a breakfast rate included but it was no breakfast only, tea, coffee and ice brew,( no specialty coffees) and a choice of 4 pastries....False advertising. nothing gluten free so could not have anything to eat.That is not breakfast .

Staff not helpful, we had stollers and bellmen did not offer to help going up the stairs,(only 1 did ) none of the others.
For the price it was extremely disappointing the little things ,the soap in the shower dispenser was empty..should be refilled before guest check in. needed to ask for a shower cap etc.

The elevators were a big problem,, 2 out of 4 worked and they were also the service elevators , so after waiting for one to arrive it would come and be full with the cleaning cart. ..everyone was complaining about that and many other things.

Pésimo funcionamiento de ascensores. Primera noche no función aire acondicionado ni agua caliente en habitación. Prometieron reembolso y hasta ahora no se ha concretado.
