Location was great.
Room could have been cleaner, the floors and the doors are in need of maintenance. Lost water during our stay and they acted like it was no big deal.

Floor in room was sticky. Dirty and the tiles stuck to your shoes and lifted up.
The property is near Niagara Falls.
The property offered a cheaper rate for room 124 because it’s noisy. They didn’t put it on website that the room air conditioner and the machine outside the room by the window will not make you sleep because the sound was too loud. Also the hotel doesn’t have coffee anywhere to compliment guests when they arrived or when they need to drink one. Free breakfast is mostly bread with just boiled eggs to pair with it. I’ve never experienced such kind of free breakfast that only served 1 protein like boiled eggs. It’s really disappointing place. Don’t check into this hotel it’s sucks. I e been a traveler but this one sucks

Over all the hotel was good. The free washer and dryer was a plus.
Walking distance to the falls was nice.
The Starbucks inside the hotel was never open.
The breakfast was terrible. Had to eat toast and cereal every morning. And there was no coffee to get in the lobby like most others.
The elevators in the hotel were very slow and in need of an updating.
I know this doesn't have anything to do with the hotel, but the town was nasty and rundown for being a tourist place.
Part of the staff was very kind
Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few things that could be improved. The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, the remote control didn’t work, and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. I hope these details can be addressed to make future guests’ stays more comfortable.
Very unhelpful, there are much nicer hotels to stay in than here.

The room smelled , the hallways smelled, the staff was not friendly, breakfast was very mediocre for the price of the hotel not very well maintained

The location and availability of the diners around the hotel were very convenient. The hotel was located in a prime spot to go and visit local attractions.
The hotel room smelled slightly musty and had visible water damage on the ceiling above the bed. Other than that, it was a great location to stay.
