Great , felt safe.
Pros:

Was worried at the first impression when I drove up to it but once in it was wonderful. Clean and nice location. Pool area was very nice.

They don't do room service . There was a spider in the room . Bathroom exhaust not working one of room . Rude customer service . We requested to room service but they refused. I have video I can't upload I can send though email .

Convenient location within walking distance of the falls.

Cons:

Breakfast and coffee was served later than we generally get going. (Not available until 7:00 a.m.)The breakfast was okay, but not great.
