Rooms were not ready. Had an hr wait on it . Included Breakfast was pathetic. Low standard.

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were nice.

Cons:

Need to provide quick check ins .Rooms were not ready at 4pm. It took us an hr and more to stand and wait to get our keys

Pros:

Convenience to Niagara Falls State Park

Cons:

Leaking drain outside hotel entrance on pavement. Dirty windows in our room. Cracks in ceiling by window. Not enough tea / coffee supplied in room. No body wash in the shower dispenser.

Crowded and stressful.
Pros:

The hotel was crazy crowded which was no one’s fault, just time of year and the front desk staff was kind even though stressed.the breakfast was gone and an absolute mess when we got down there about 9:00 for breakfast. The carpets in the hall on the first floor was a huge trip hazard and it was apparent they were understaffed but trying hard. We had no remote which got taken care of quickly and kindly. Everyone honestly tried hard but the hotel was older, crowded and worn for the price. We wouldn’t stay again..

Cons:

Hotel repairs for sure. Clean the carpets in the halls, have the breakfast staffed, trash can overflowing, etc…

Near to the state park & falls, comfortable stay!
