Cons:

Never received my room deposit back . Mostly everything was under construction in the area. Received a complimentary coupon to eat downstairs at the restaurant that was closed my entire stay

Overall, just classless.
Pros:

The hotel, lobby and room felt clean.

Cons:

Hidden thirty-dollar fee to park in their parking lot. WHY? Plenty of empty parking lots all around. I would've stayed at the Hamton Inn for 30 more if I knew. Front desk seemed reluctant to serve me. The battery for the room key lock was dead. We had to carry all our stuff back down to the desk. These things happen BUT, thought they would just give us another room (rooms were available). Had us go back up to the hallway outside the room with all our stuff and wait for maintenance. (Maintenance employee was pleasant). One of the staff knocked on the door and woke us up in the morning to ask when we were leaving?! Are you kidding me?

I didn't request a quiet room, never even knew that was an option. The view, the room and location were all great. I did not expect to be here as I had booked at another location that did not work out. I liked my stay very much, however I did not expect to pay for parking.No breakfat
