We arrived late in the evening in the dark, when we woke up, the decor and landscaping was great.
Close to I75. Convient location.
The Toilet and sink was too low for seniors. The bed was too soft and air conditioner was too loud.
If you’re a “local” or your license at least shows a local address, they charge you an additional 250$ in security fees and it doesn’t get refunded for another 7-10 days. The rooms and showers are not clean. And the room is extremely out of date. Front desk staff isn’t helpful and some can barely speak English.
Comfortable and clean
Older property on the Georgia side of Chattanooga. The ramp to get in was a bit small and uneven for luggage.
The room is not bad overall; the bedding is clean, and the room itself is clean as well.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable—my back hurt because the mattress was too soft.
dangerous motel. Pimps, hookers, drug dealers in parking lot and inside halls all nite. Car windows broken out. Called police- they said hotel gets complaints 24hrs a day. Room was filthy- dirty towels, beds not made up, room smelled like smoke- rats in room. Front desk said don t have enough house keepers. Breakfast only has bread, coffee and juice. attendent said were out of food

Horrible hotel. We arrived at 9pm, stopping on our way home from Disney. When we got up to the room, the sheets were dirty with makeup on the pillowcase and top sheet. I went down to request a new room. The front desk was rude, but did give me another room. When we got to that room, it was equally awful. The couch had disgusting stains on it. And overall it smelled moist and musty... I'm pretty sure there has to be mold there. My husband described the bathroom as a 'jailhouse' bathroom. There was also a sticky residue all over every surface, including the TV remote.
At this point we decided to go elsewhere. As we were leaving, I requested a refund. The front desk told me she'd have to leave a note for her manager. At that point, I didn't even care. We headed over to the Fairfield Marriott, which was lovely and super clean. I would NOT recommend staying here.
worse hotel- run by africans, pakistanis and indians who hate Americans. Roaches, feces, bed bugs in room. dont stay here. Fat african woman and fat Paki woman at front desk- talking on phones ignoring guests. breakfast reheated from day before

Nice, spacious, clean. We were there for a one night stay during our road trip and it served it's purpose well. Outstanding customer service!
