Overall I would recommend that hotel again the morning receptionist did have conversations and I enjoyed my stay

I got there a little early and was told that I couldn’t check in until 3 which was fine I got back at 4pm and still had to wait and check in the receptionist could have been a little bit more in tune with customer by having some sort of communication a conversation instead of saying wait let me see if your room is ready and then come back and say your room is such and such I’m not complaining but I work in customer service so I’m big on communication and conversation I preach it to my staff members

Hampton Inns are nicely predictable- decent rooms and a reasonable price, and free breakfast

Cons:

The only issue I had was adjusting the temperature in the room. Despite setting the heat at 70-72, the temperature never got over 68

Stayed due to snow storm for work

Snow not plowed, shower had hair on the walls- transferred to another room and hair was in that shower as well. Very uncomfortable staying bc of the shower was not clean is the bed ?
