Pros:

A lot of room space and amenities within the room. Welcoming hotel reception vibes, friendly staff and great housekeeping service.

Cons:

Heating didnt seem to be working even though we turned it on and set it to the right temperature.

The reception staff were extremely rude, especially the one with the moustache. He was very condescending. The lovely boy with glasses, caucasian man was kind.

Great stay, shame about the bill formatting.

Great location and pleasant staff.

Cons:

The bill is an incomprehensible, it uses categories which help the hotel, but bamboozle the customer making it impossible to reconcile what you paid with the receipt. Please remember the customer experience.

Muy buena ubicación y la persona que nos hizo el checkin, Joaquin, súper amable

Cons:

Cuando llegamos por la noche la habitación estaba fría y no funcionaba el aire caliente para atemperarla 10 minutos. Llamamos para que si no funcionaba nos dejaran un radiador, estuvimos esperando más de media hora sin poder ponernos cómodos sin que nadie apareciera. Volví a llamar y me dijeron que el técnico había subido el calor de nuestra habitación que tenían un sistema que calentaba las paredes, tomadura de pelo!!! Poca seriedad

The marble table next to the window with lots of lighting. Great for makeup etc. Very clean room.

Cons:

Some weird noise from the small balcony one night (lasted about 5min). Only small paper cups provided to have coffee.
