EVERYTHING! It was in a fabulous location and it was a spacious, quiet and well appointed room! It was absolutely heavenly! Plus, the hotel had an ELEVATOR! Rare in Paris!

Pros:

Senelerdir Paris'te Haussmann'da kalırım, bu otelde ilk defa kaldım her zaman kaldığım yerde oda yoktu. Resepsiyon katındaki personel yardımsever ve yapıcı, sürekli kruvasan ve kahve var. Lokasyon zaten çok rahat ulaşım çok iyi.

Cons:

Housekeeping felaket, odamız koridorun sonundaydı yanımızda housekeeping'in eşya odası vardı. Sabah 7'den itibaren sürekli bam güm gürültü, kapı çarpması, eşyaların yere düşmesi vs sebebiyle uyuyamadık. Oda duvarları çok ince çok ses geçiriyor. Odalar da pek iyi temizlenmiyor, kirli yastık kılıflarını söküp odada bırakmışlar, yatakta saç kılları vardı, kulak pamuğu gibi ürünleri kullanınca 3 gün boyunca yenilerini koymadılar. Asansör tarihi ve eski, teki bozuldu, 82 yaşında annem babam 5-10dk sürekli bekledi.

Banyo ise bence fekakelet, bir kere çok küçük. İkincisi fotoğraflara aldanmayın çok eski ve bakımsız bir küvet var. En komiği ise küvete perde çekmişler, hangi yüzyılda yaşıyoruz bilemedim. Ayrıca küvet ayakta hareket etmek için de çok dar ve tehlikeli, kayıp düşme risk çok yüksek ve tutanacak bir yer yok.

Odalardaki buzdolabında hiçbir şey yok, oda da kahve makinası var onda da biten kahveleri sadece 3. geceden sonra doldurdular.

Месторасположение отличное, персонал очень приятный и любезный.

Cons:

Номер отличался от того, что мы бронировали.
Сама комната была в плохом состоянии, ванная комната нуждается в капитальном ремонте. Сантехника течёт, всё в жёлтых подтёках и налёте. Пахнет сыростью, вентиляция не работает. Вместо душа (как на фото) была ванна, что было крайне не удобно, выбирали номер именно с душевой. Шторка около ванной пахла плесенью. Номер очень тесный, даже нет возможности разложить полноценно один чемодан. Вид был «во внутренний дворик», дворика там нет, есть только крыша кухни и вентиляция, окно открыть было невозможно, постоянно пахло едой и было очень шумно. Солнечного светам там нет, поэтому в комнате, так же как и ванной комнате было очень сыро. Халатов, тапочек, фена, бальзама для волос - нет. Так же отсутствует холодильник. Воду нужно набирать в коридоре у лифта из кулера, либо покупать самому в магазине, в номерах воды нет. Все зеркала в номере были синие! В них просто невозможно смотреться, так же приходилось выходить в коридор к лифту, чтобы причесаться, подкраситься и вообще посмотреть в целом как ты выглядишь, потому что обычные классические зеркала были только там. В этот отель точно больше не вернусь.

Great location but wouldn’t book to stay their again
Pros:

The location was fabulous

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and the lighting throughout the bedroom and bathroom wasn’t great. One receptionist upon our check in was incredibly unhelpful and rude but luckily someone else stepped in to resolve the problem
