Lovely breakfast lovely hotel great position room was beautiful - lovely little balcony opening onto the street - fabulous Dyson hairdryer !!! Really lovely hotel
The staff were pretty good but just could have been a little more welcoming - I know it’s a busy hotel but just felt they could have been a bit more friendly ….. they were efficient however and did their job very well
The doorman when we were leaving was just beautiful and helped us get a taxi - even though he had to walk a bit down the street !! Thank you very much to him
La décoration. Le confort des chambres.Le personnel et notamment Vanessa à la réception pour sa gentillesse et son attention . L'emplacement proche des grands magasins.
Le sèche cheveux qui n'est pas du tout agréable: fil trop court et non extensible, difficile en le branchant de se faire un brushing.

This was my second stay here, and once again it did not disappoint. Although I didn’t get a larger room like the one I had back in 2019, everything else more than made up for it. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Paris, with easy access to all the tourist spots and the charm of the city at your doorstep.
Special thanks to Julien and Roberta for their kindness and hospitality, and to the Madam and Sir at reception who welcomed me so warmly. Their attentiveness truly made me feel at home.
I will definitely be back again soon this place continues to be my Parisian favourite. until next time
