Great place if you can ignore rude staff
Pros:

Room is amazing. Comfortable, clean, spacious and good location

Cons:

Staff are extremely rude. I dread having to talk to them or ask for anything. Definitely not the kind of experience you would expect from a 4-star hotel

Idéalement placé rive droite
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé (proche métro et centres d'intérêts rive droite)
Grande chambre pour un hôtel parisien.
Lit très confortable

Cons:

L'insonorisation des chambres, entre elles et côté rue, n'est pas bonne.
Toutes les communications écrites sont seulement en anglais.

Pros:

The location and cleanliness. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The staff was exceptional, especially Ibrahim and Vanessa who not only supported us but also all our guests. Vanessa spoke to all our guests individually to give them the best service.
