We're do it start
4 start not a chance
1- very tired and in of need a refurbishment
2-reported faulty bathroom fan and lights not working not fixed in 3 days
3- day two room not serviced ,bathroom not cleaned , toilet paper not replenished,flannels not replaced,tea- coffee not replenished, glasses cups not washed and bed not made left as we left it.
4- room not hovered,surfaces not wiped over and bin not emptied.
Our overall experience was a poor one it appeared the staff were more interested in keeping the coach party's happy due to volume of guests.
We booked this hotel by mistake but thought it would be ok as being 4 star but we have stayed in better 2 star ones .
I would rate this no more then 2 star sorry and would I stay again no ,my wife and I have stopped in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels and this was the worst one we have been to unfortunately.
My recommendation chose a better more modern hotel in queenstown as there are plenty to choose from we booked through booking.com and paid way more then it was worth .
We won't be back!!!

Pros:

The location was so convenient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly liked our waitress at the restaurant. The room were large and comfy and the hot tub was amazing.

Pros:

It's a nice place

Cons:

Breakfast was cold, coming out of the kitchen cold. Breakfast staff were not the most helpful. Hot water wasn't working and was unable to use bathroom through our stay. Unable to use spa as it is booked by the hour, closes at 9pm and doesn't open until after checkout the next day.
