Very friendly and helpful staff !
Spa bath was lovely.
Really nice verandah.
Having parking available (at $20 a night, well worth it) was awesome .

Friendly staff, location is close to town. But, I wish I had researched better and realised the walk from town to the hotel was all up hill.

Cons:

Although, it was a short walk (10-15mins, depending) to town. It is all up hill on the way back to the hotel. This made it difficult of carrying skis/boards. Ubers were easy to book though and if you are able to walk up hill and no planning on catching buses to the mountains every day it’s fine.

We had a junior suite and the view was stunning. It snowed overnight and the view just got better.

Pros:

Although the hotel wasn't quite where I expected from the map (up a hill, 10-15 min walk to the centre of town and cafes etc, the lovely view of the water made up for this and the quiet too.)
