Good views from Lakeside rooms, easy walking distance to town attractions.
Pros:

Location is within walking distance albeit uphill on your return from shops, restaurants and cafes. Our room had lakeside views which was a bonus.

Cons:

There is no complementary parking for guests, therefore you have to park on the street which can be problematic especially in high season.

Great staff. Great surroundings and location. Enjoyed the spa pools

Cons:

Bit of a labyrinth trying to get to our rooms. Had to use more than one lift. Luckily the staff are amazing and will show you around. But still a fus when you have children and shopping

Warm comfortable stay. Lived up to our expectations (we reguarly stay at Copthorne Bay of Islands)
Pros:

The view was great. Helpful person took our bags to our room. Central location made it easy to walk downtown. as always, the buffet breakfast was wonderful
