Pros:

Beds are comfortable, rooms and bathroom are spacious with a 2nd seperate toilet which helps for when someone is in the main bathroom

Cons:

Facilities were a tad out dated and car park was quite some distance from our room when taking luggage shopping ect but they do have a porter service to gelp with luggage.

It was good.
Pros:

There should be a drinking water properly available in the room like a jug and glasses. We shouldn't be filling water from the bathroom sink.

Cons:

Upon inquiry if the room has microwave, the staff told us over the phone that they will warm up the food for us in case we needed. But when we asked at the reception they said we can't do that for our customers. All the staff should follow the same rules and help and serve customers.

Great location with friendly reception staff, although housekeeping service could be improved
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the location close to the town centre and attraction, and the room was clean. However, when I called the reception in the morning to ask for milk and toilet tissue the receptionist responded very quickly and delivered them to my room wthin less than 5 minutes. I really appreciated the fast and friendly from the front desk staff.

Cons:

The houseekeping service could have been better. I left the hotel at 9am and hung the' Please make up my room' sign on the door but when I returned around 3pm, my room had still not been cleaned and the bed was not made. Later a female staff member, possibly a senior or supervisor room attendant, came to the room without smile and only offered clean towels, Since I stayed 3 days, I expected the bed and room to be properly service. My room 1450.

An enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing Stay
Pros:

We loved the picture window in our room overlooking the lake. It was good that the property was within walking distance of the Town.

Cons:

Got a little bit confused with the car park being in the basement, and how to get to it from outside to park, and then find our way to our room. It’s a big hotel.

It served its purpose. we needed a room for overnight stay and it was clean
Pros:

The lake view was nice

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was very busy, the food options weren't being kept up with as they had a tourist bus or two staying.
Cups and glasses were empty, juice was empty, they just couldn't keep up. We ate some toast and left

Good location but not great value for money
Pros:

The location of this property is amazing. Right by the lake and great morning views. The property is quite old but well maintained and has that old world feel

Cons:

Very basic amenities are missing which is quite shocking for the price that you pay for the rooms. Examples- there is tea provided but no milk in the fridge. There is no body creme available to use.

Service was quite basic with even the dirty cups not being cleared out post room service

We didn't spend must time in the hotel, to which I am grateful for.
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room service was good and the room cleaned in a timely manner.

Cons:

The room was dated. The furniture had scratch marks and was chipped. The bathroom had a shower curtain over the bath. The bath tub had a repair patch in it. The television continuous lost service. The restaurant could do with more staff in the morning. There didn't seem to be a system in place for being seated. It maybe due to a language barrier. We were told to get our buffet breakfast while a table was being cleaned for us. When we went to be seated, someone else had taken the table.

Pros:

Good room, comfy bed, good shower, clean and tidy and all that we needed

Cons:

only negative thing to say is that the shower was over the bath, so you had to step into the bath for a shower.

Pros:

Outstanding setting and views. Rooms nice clean comfortable. Food was good. Staff getting towards 100% My stay was pleasant and i booked a 2nd stay.
