Decent rooms with space.
Cannot believe that onsite parking needs to be paid for. Why do I need to become a member of another group want to spam me with email marketing just to not have to pay to stay on the property. Should be included in the cost of accommodation. Next time I’ll happily park at merry hill and walk up. Ridiculous!
Air conditioning would have been welcome.

Just love every thing about this beautiful hotel and amazing, lovely staff ,special our waterfront room.
Nothing not to like
Stayed for 11 days working for Tata UK in round oak rail.The staff were super friendly and made me and my colleagues feel very welcome,Vikki and all the restaurant staff really worked hard to ensure we had good friendly service with a smile,we also enjoyed breakfast.But the only complaint was with the change on weekends to ordering food at the bar and no air conditioning in the rooms,but everything else was good and I really enjoyed my stay so thank you to all the staff Chris.

No air conditioning in any of the rooms. Really would expect air con in premium rooms and king suite
