Lovely stay just needs a/c due to hot weather and windows only opening a tiny bit

Really enjoyed our stay , relaxing , will definitely be back.
Pros:

Beds comfy, staff nice and helpful. Nice location drinks in the booths really cosy.

Cons:

The shower pressure wasn’t very good . Lock on bathroom door missing. Was expecting doors overlooking canal like last time we stopped ,was windows.

Room worked well for a family. Dinner - hot stone steaks were amazing.

Noise from pub across canal. Shame pool had broken tiles by hot tub

Another lovely stay at this beautiful friendly hotel meet by the lovely smart dress reception staff nothing to much trouble to help you, thank you all house keepers for doing such a good job, as usual love our waterfront room perfect as usual, also the restaurant and bar staff doing a lovely job,

Cons:

Nothing not to like at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic outside areas good food and nice views of the waterfront.

Cons:

Nothing we had a fantastic stay but I would say upgrading to a waterfront view room is a must.
