Modern, szép szálloda, 1 éjszakára teljesen megfelelő volt. Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó.
Pros:

Modern szálloda, jó helyen, nagy étteremmel, az étel finom volt, a szoba megfelelő, a fürdőszoba gyönyörű volt.

Cons:

A kilátás a szobából.
Az, hogy a spa terület elvileg este 20-ig volt nyitva, de 19.20-kor már nem engedtek be, így nem is tudtuk végül használni, pedig foglaláskor ez is előny volt.

It was ideal for our evening watching Made in Dagenham at the civic.
Pros:

The Copthorne is a lovely hotel, very clean and very nice staff who took the time to chat with is. We'd highly recommend this hotel and the breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Wine was a little too expensive.

Despite poor quality food, we would return again, because everything else was great.
Pros:

Staff were all really friendly and really helpful. Swimming pool was beautifully warm. Rooms were excellent. Service in restaurant was very good.

Cons:

unfortunately food is poor. First night we did early bird dinner, but it was poor, so we chose from main menu on second night, however was equally poor.

Overall really amazing experience with great people
Pros:

The staff was lovely and very helpful, the room was exceptional for what we paid. I would recommend and plan to be back very soon.

Cons:

The prices of the drinks at the bar; but everything else made up for it. Especially with how close other bars was.

I had a fantastic weekend. The hotel was absolutely lovely and the staff was so friendly.
Pros:

I did live in Dudley about 30 years ago so I do know the area and as a single female I felt quite safe there.
