A fair stay at reasonable price
Pros:

Location is good at walking distance from the tube station and many restaurant options. Friendly and efficient staff. Reasonably priced by London standards.

Cons:

Rooms with walk-in shower only available upon special request. Temperature control in the room required help from a technician. Hotel is aging.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay.
Pros:

The location is the only good thing about this hotel, but it's still not worth the money.

Cons:

The standard room I booked was terribly outdated, dirty, and literally falling apart. I was forced to pay for an upgrade just to get an OK room, which was still a bit dirty. It was definitely not worth the price.

Shoddy hotel, insanely high prices for a terrible place!!! Business trip for our colleague who couldn't even take a shower because the shower head was completely blocked by limescale!! DREADFUL!!! We do a lot of business trips, and we've never come across anything like this. Absolutely not recommended.

Location was ideal, staff were helpful and pleasant. Bedroom we paid extra for was disappoin

Location, staff including concierge and bar staff who were particularly helpful.

Cons:

No frills bedroom, no coffee maker, sliding door on wardrobe not sitting properly and had to be shoved to open. No hads soap on basin.
Unpleasant odour as you enter bar area.
