Pros:

Breakfast wasn’t very good. Very average.

Cons:

The rooms weren’t ready on time and we had to wait for hours and then we left the luggage at the concierge and went out.

Some frustrations but a great room
Pros:

Club rooms have great views. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome during hot weather. Room cleaned excellently. Good amount of wardrobe space.

Cons:

I had to wait over half an hour past my check in time for the room to be cleaned. My check out email contained costs for accommodation which had been paid for. Reception just said, “That happens to a lot of people. Ignore it.” Stop it from happening. Bugis Kitchen was disappointing this time.

There are better places to stay
Pros:

Good position in Kensington, close to shops, parks etc.

Cons:

The hotel was very very tired. The food was average at breakfast. The Bugiss restaurant and bar area food and drinks were so expensive.

Whole accomodation needs updating. Clean and pleasant reception area does not make up for disappointing rooms

check in slow and laborious. No action taken on complaints anout room. Room was very dayed and ‘tired’. Damaged window and furniture. Bathroom functional but showerleaked,patched holes in walls. Fridge disgusting.

Good location handy for bus services and the Tube. A large, efficient and friendly hotel.
Pros:

An excellent location close to Kensington High Street. Buffet breakfast was superb with a good variety of food. Had a grand view from tenth floor room.
