Nice on the outside. Clean and attentive polite staff.
I got a disable parking space at the entrance.
Was given wrong number for accessible room x 2 . Each time i struggled with large suitcase, a toddler, teenager in Wheelchair and the bag along long corridors to discover door would not open.
Second time a member of the concierge Team came with me he used his pass key to discover the room was already occupied.
Third and final time, different room. All looked well.. shower chair was so rusty the wheels would not move.
Bathroom door was sliding door. Which was not fixed at the bottom so it pulled away in my opinion this was dangerous. The drawer to the desk was hanging off. Room in general was in poor decorative order Tatty and dated, which was a stark contrast to the rest of the hotel.
Good location. Nice spacious room and view. Clean and tidy.
The breakfast service was disappointing. Small choice of cereals. No bananas on offer. Food temperature was not good. Cold and poorly cooked and insipid looking bacon. Lack of fried eggs on display.
Location is excellent, 5 minutes from High St Kensington underground and buses connecting everywhere! Staff so nice in the hotel. Handy self service snack bar area open 24hrs. Hotel was very clean. Nothing to fault.

Very Run down, staff weren’t particularly helpful. Raised multiple issues with bathrooms that had the door stuck, the maintenance staff that came to try fix the door left debris behind. Housekeeping requests were either completely ignored or took several hours to provide.

Location was excellent right in the heart of Kensington. The car park is perfect being on site and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were fine and for the centre of London good value for money.
We were unable to check in as reservations had not transferred the booking to the hotel so they had reserved the rooms but without confirmation. This took quite a while to resolve so we couldn't access the rooms until after the check-in time. This issue meant there were misunderstanding's over breakfast allocations so just took time to sort out these issues with no clarity for some time. Very busy hotel on Saturdays as seems to be popular with school trips and organised tours.
