Pros:

Great location, Great bed. Friendly staff

Cons:

Our bedroom needs to be done up. Didn't like how the restaurants both add on a discretionary tax on our meal.

Comfortable and no negative issues. I will be staying again.
Pros:

Location good for public transport and easy to get to the West End and the City as will as contacts/friends in West London. the room whilst not huge was comfortable and I like the option for the room to be "refreshed".

Cons:

I still feel the bar/restaurant could be improved to provide a better layout and atmosphere. It is under utilized as a resuld. Worth getting a specialist designer in to rework it.
The gym needs to be bigger and improved range of equipment.

In general it was good

Room was comfortable and clean . Service was good.

Cons:

We had to pay 5 pds to leave our luggage for 2 hours after check out. This is very unusual. This basic service should be free of charge to customer who has already paid more than 600 pds

fantastic stay at this Kensington Hotel which offers lovely rooms impressive foyer and good price
Pros:

location is fantastic just behind Kensington high street- room was spacious and clean with sound proofed windows small cafe with coffee and light food in the foyer.

Cons:

I struggled a bit with the check in and staff were slow to help. Prefer to speak face to face.
