We had a lovely lunch at The Bugis Singapore Restaurant, the restaurant at The Bailey’s Hotel. Decor was elegant but not stuffy. Food was absolutely delicious - recommend the Hainanese Chicken Rice (ultimate comfort food), Crispy Tofu and Prawn Toast (which was massive!). To top it off, the service was impeccable, led by the friendly, hospitable Eva. We will definitely be back.
Everything about it was excellent! The location was ideal to get all around London. The staff were really nice and the rooms and accommodation were so comfortable and clean! Loved every minute we stayed at the hotel!
Did not have any complaints. Our trip was excellent, and we loved our stay at the Bailey hotel!
We signed up to join My Millennium as we're having a meal in their Singapore Bugis restaurant it's expensive but delicious By joining you receive a 15% discount if you use their restaurant. The restaurant stated this will be deducted by the reception team on leaving the hotel. After 2 nights I collected my bill and asked if this was deducted No as I never booked this via the reception! I was in line for over 20 mins as I asked where it stated you book via reception! It does not state. The lines behind me were building up so I decided to pay and go. Ruined a two night stay. Your trying to build members and you have just tarnished your reputation.
I am just anticipating a bit the thorough review I shall submit via Bailey’s itself and Booking.com, and upfront I wish to state I had an excellent 8 Night staying here. But I take the chance to nominate and thank very much Teigist and ALL her team at Breakfast. It has been a pleasure to have breakfast surrounded by such nice and highly efficient team. Thank you guys and hope to see you again next time when I get Back to London.😁😁👍🏼👍🏼
I’m first time enjoying here , very beautiful restaurant and warmly welcome staff Eva, thanks she recommended but only one dish Mapotofu taste is sour.
Anyway I’m happy enjoyed other dish Bak Gut Teh. Will back again.

I have stayed at The Bailey's hotel London twice and would happily stay there again, largely because of Rajesh, the Duty Manager.
Rajesh consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Whether it's helping with a request or simply checking that everything is going well, he always makes you feel valued as a guest. He is a real asset to the hotel and one of the main reasons I keep returning.
The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, directly opposite Gloucester Road Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and many of London's most famous museums are within walking distance.
If you are considering a stay, I would also recommend booking one of the larger rooms if your budget allows. The extra space makes a noticeable difference and is well worth the additional cost.
Overall, a great hotel in an excellent location, made even better by the outstanding service provided by Rajesh.
The music in the lobby bar was awful... :D
We are a family of 4 from SF Bay Area and everyone on the staff gave us excellent service and were extremely courteous. We are not used to great professional service like this back in the US. My favorite part of everyday was buffet style English breakfast. There was literally no processed food and special thanks to Teigist and the wait staff for making my cappuccino or English tea. The location of the hotel was super convenient, walkable, and surrounded by so many amazing restaurants. The Gloucester tube station is literally 10 steps away and it brought us to all the sites at ease for only 6 pounds per day.
We want to say a big thank you to the whole stuff who are so helpful attentive friendly and we really appriciate it. We will specifya very nice ladyat the breakfast roomher name is Tergist. So nice person such a lovely lady what a smile what a kind prompt service always with a smile. It looks like she loves her job and therefore giving the guests such a good feeling. Such a good vibe for starting the day. I wish all were like her. The whole stuff in the hotel are really attentive and helpful. We really recommmend this hotel
Super location!! Staff very friendly especially Teygist. Breakfast very nice. Clean and tidy
Really good hotel centrally located. The service is very friendly, particularly the gracious Teigist at breakfast!
Perfectly located in the heart of the city, but it's the exceptional service that truly sets this hotel apart — and the reason I returned for a second stay.
From reception to breakfast to room service, every member of staff delivers with warmth and professionalism. But one person deserves a special mention: Ramsha. Her service is simply outstanding — attentive, genuine, and delivered with a smile that somehow makes the rest of your day feel a little brighter. She is a real asset to this hotel and embodies everything great hospitality should be. Abdul is fantastic from the breakfast staff!
If you're looking for a place where you feel genuinely looked after, look no further.
Room well appointed, comfortable bed. Generous bathroom with good shower overhead and hand held👍🏻. Staff very attentive and warmly courteous.
very good, especially staff Yuliia and Oksana very good ladies very nice and kind thank u for such a good time at your hotel
The green tie bartender/manager was very rude and unwelcoming me and my husband. Tiny rooms, would not recommend this place.
All good, staff friendly and helpful
