Erwartungen so weit getroffen, Zimmerpreis am Limit.

Lage und Ambiente sind gut. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmerfenster waren nicht zu öffnen. Daher musste man immer das Geräusch der Klimaanalage ertragen!
Frühstück war nur Durchschnitt.

Die Lage ist super, direkt neben der Piccadilly Line Station Gloucester Road. Klassische fünf Sterne Style.

Cons:

Pros:

Love the location. Train just over the road great for getting access to Heathrow. Lots of eating places. Traffic had become busier over the years I’ve stayed here.

Cons:

The room was very small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. The bathroom was also quite small, with some cracked tiles, and the sink was quite high.

Pros:

Excellent location right by the tube, and many amenities nearby. Easy walk to Victoria and Albert and Natural History Museums.

Cons:

Le Petit-déjeuner: Les fruits n’étaient pas mûrs et pas de saison! Même pas du raisin en automne. Un jus de fruits même pas frais.
La chambre pas nettoyée un jour et même pas d’eau.
La moquette sale.
Le repas au restaurant cher et pas très bon.

I would say overall an average to good experience
Pros:

excellent location, friendly reception and easy check in process

Cons:

The room was OK but very small and bathroom tiny, but pretty comfortable and it was clean, also this was my third or fourth stay but I did not find any additional benefit for loyalty
