Mein 3. Aufenthalt im Baileys
Cleaning staff very friendly and the room was cleaned to a high standard. For a central London location it was quiet in my room. I liked that there were no bright lights that stayed on on the ceiling like so many other hotels now. Unfortunately the door to the hallway light shone brightly through the bottom. Maybe you could provide something to block the light at the bottom of the door?
The breakfast staff were very nice. Breakfast was pleasant. I loved my big pot of tea all to myself.
You might want to reconsider the use of metal tongs for the hotel guest to use to retrieve toast from the toaster. I would suggest wooden tongs would be a better choice, lest someone gets electrocuted.
I very much appreciated the air con. The room was a perfect temperature at night.
Very fancy and smelled delightful bath products for us to use. Loved them.
The pillow were hard and lumpy and the bed was very uncomfortable. It was way too firm. I tossed and turned all night.
The lobby smelled gorgeous....not so much on the second floor where my room was. There is a very strong smell of hamburgers on the grill.
Staff were great . Room was ready early
There was a generator outside my bedroom window that was exceptionally loud all night. It was impossible to sleep with such a loud noise all night. It totally ruined what would have been a lovely stay!
location was excellent and would stay there again. The staff was good, some better than others. The problem we had was indeed the room. We did not have breakfast there.
On check-in I had purchased an upgraded room because we were going to be there for 7 days. I was asked if I wanted a tub/shower or a walk-in and I responded I wanted a walk-in due to my husbands knees. When we got to the room it was a tub/shower. I went back to the front desk and was told they were at near capacity that I would have to stay in another room for one night and then be moved to a permanent room. Not a big deal, but the 'upgraded' room was not anywhere near my expectations.

Beautiful hotel and reception staff very friendly.
The waiting staff were abit slow at breakfast and the hot food was cold.
Also, the standard double room was exceptionally small and definitely not a standard double bed - it was very cramped.
