Bra läge. Underground tvärs över gatan.
Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam.
Endast asiatiska rätter i restaurangen.
Luftkonditioneringen räckte inte till.
Rums städningen bristfällig
Temiz ve harika konumda bir otel. Her gelişimizde güzel anılarımıza ortak oluyor.
Bravo a toute l'équipe!
Rien!
Breakfast was good. The location for the Royal Albert Hall was really good 15 minutes walk. Our second visit and really enjoyed our stay again.
Clean and comfortable.
The air condition was very noisy, but it was going full blast because of high temperature outside.
Excellent location.
The family rooms with 2 double beds are excellent, with plenty of floor space. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the underground station and with a selection of food shops, restaurants and cafes across the road..
Breakfast is fine but a little underwhelming. There could be a better selection of cereal, porridge, etc and the bacon could be crispier. The only coffee option is filter coffee. But this is being picky, and we would happily return to this hotel when wanted to stay west-central London.
사우스캔싱턴 주변 돌아다니기 좋았습니다
initial room was not what was booked, however the staff were excellent and relocated us to the appropriate room. breakfast was O.K but not up to the standard I would expect hot food was barely warm. restaurant was very good for evening meal
This is in a really nice area in Kensington, right across from the gloucester stop on the picadilly line. It's so convenient to just hop on the tube and go anywhere. No need for a taxi, from the airport, just take the Piccadilly line straight to and from the airport. We made the mistake of taking the heathrow express train, you don't need to do that.
This place is expensive but the rooms are so spacious and we had a lovely bathroom.
The hotel has an excellent location: it is close to the Gloucester Road metro station with a convenient line, making it easy to reach both major tourist attractions and less touristy parts of the city. The neighborhood is pleasant, with many cafés and restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself is located in a beautiful old building, although it is noticeably worn out. The service was good.
We had booked a standard room, but upon check-in it looked more like a closet: very small, with windows facing the inner courtyard where the air conditioning units are located, resulting in constant loud noise in the room. After a sleepless night, we were moved to a much more comfortable room of the same category and at the same price. It remains unclear why guests are initially placed in such poor rooms when the rate is identical.
It is also worth noting that in both rooms the bed width was 150 cm, which is not particularly comfortable for two adults.
Our room, the people, the closeness to the Tube Station, closeness to restaurants and shops, everything.
