From the moment we arrived we were met with a smile, a friendly face and nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, the customer service was brilliant !

A little confusing getting from carpark in. Could do with a bigger sign/more signs.

Room cleanliness and standard of the facilities.
No spa and wellness open and this was not disclosed at booking time, also there was no reasonable deduction in price considering these circumstances. Not happy.
The staff were very friendly. The bedroom was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Simple things like net curtains hanging down in places doesn't always help review scores! The leisure facilities are currently closed for refurbishment. Indian restaurant on site was excellent.

The guy on check in was excellent, bed was comfortable and nice breakfast. All team members were good.
No pool, I booked the hotel because I remember it having a pool and my daughter wanted to swim. I don’t believe it was clear enough online that the pool was closed and can only be found in small print if you are looking harder. After booking a prepaid rate I got the email stating the pool was closed, I emailed the hotel back to cancel through the booking.com portal and noone responded. As the hotel was close to Legoland and I had prepaid I just thought I would come because it was only one night, then leave a bad review. However on check in this was turned around by the guy on reception, he had upgraded up to a club room and was very nice when discussing this situation and apologised.

Unfortunately an alarm in an adjacent car park/storage area went off and continued fro 2am fir 3hours
Also it should be made clear that parking is £20 per day
