Most enjoyable and we would use again.
Pros:

The hotel appears to be a little 'tired' but that should not disguise the fact that you are so well looked after. The staff, I must mention Joy, Ahmed and Stephen were excellent and could not do enough for us. The room was clean and more than adequate. The breakfast was first class and the Indian restaurant provided excellent food and was very good value.

Cons:

The hotel looks tired, it needs a spruce up to become excellent value.

Very poor food but the waiter was excellent
Cons:

The Indian Restaurant food was very poor
Poppadoms were the size of a 10p coin and the food was en edible
Chicken was do over cooked we could not eat it and no flavour whatsoever
I would not give it give it 1 out of 10

To clean furniture, better and move it away from the wall. And if there is a fridge in there to get it fixed or put a new one in as the fridge in the room did not work.

Would be very happy to return
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful as gluten free

Cons:

World Cup match was being shown in the bar, so a quieter area to just be able to chat would have been great
