No surprises here. Friendly helpful staff, no bugs or weird smells. Kitchen in room.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is quiet and comfortable. It is clean and doesn't smell weird.
There is a full-size refrigerator,microwave, sink, and cook top in room.

Cons:

I think the beds could be better.

Good location, overpriced for what they offered.
Pros:

The place was clean, the room was big, and it had a small kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

The place was clean but had a strong smell. Not sure what it was, but the whole building smelled like they were trying to remove humidity to prevent mold.
The breakfast to go was very scarce; the coffee was almost gone by 8:30 am, no muffins, and only one bar was left. I needed to ask the person at the front desk to replenish the breakfast area, which she did, but not with a smile.
