Pros:

The location was great for exploring Salem.

Cons:

Front staff was rude, breakfast was mediocre, they refused to refill the coffee 30 min before shutting down. Rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarettes.

Pros:

Wonderful accommodations, the girls at the desk are the best. So kind and nice. Even got me an umbrella because I forgot mine. Everything was easy from check in to check out and all in-between.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and we really like the location.
Pros:

The location was really good. Staff was very helpful. We had to extend our stay because my husband hurt himself and they were wonderful about letting us stay in the same room instead of having to change rooms.
