Excellent location.
Pros:

The location is amazing in the center of Times Square. The room was clean and had all of the amenities.

Cons:

Some of the front desk staff were rude, particularly one of the men (flowers in his beard).

The location in time square was prefect. But unfortunately the price we paid for our ball drop room was not worth it. Very outdated hotel rooms need renovations

Bathroom had cracked tiles and the faucet was pulling from the wall. Also closet door fell off. Light between beds had a short in it. No food on property

À part l’emplacement premium au cœur de Times Square, je pense que cet Hôtel est surclassé 4 étoiles car il ne dispose d’aucune commodité de confort.

Cons:

Une prestation très chère, pour une chambre peu confortable, une salle de bain très peu chaleureuse, un service de nettoyage très moyen.
Pas de petit déjeuner ou de restauration possible
Pas de service de laverie disponible

Disappointing.
Pros:

The location and staff were great

Cons:

The room was not clean. The bathroom was smelling really bad of mold, everything was rusty and old.
The room also needed a lot of renovation.
I always stay at this hotel when I come to NY but now this time it was very disappointing.

Very old hotel, the room felt a bit suffocating
We had to ask for a mini fridge it wasn't provided to us
