Is an option if the negatives I mentioned don’t bother you…
Pros:

Good location if you want to be very close to Times Square.

Cons:

Very old furniture.
Very old toilets / showers.
Very old elevators.
We were debited a deposit of $250 per room at check in… we were told we would be refunded with 5-7 days… been over 10 days now and no refund and no reply to follow up mails.

Excelente!! Nada a reclamar.
Pros:

Quarto muito espaçoso, cama confortável, localização excelente! Achamos que pela localização na times square haveria barulho, mas no quarto era realmente silencioso!! Com certeza me hospedaria nesse hotel novamente!

Never again, wished I could have walked away
Pros:

The location is absolutely fantastic. The price was good.

Cons:

If I could have walked away from the check-in desk when I first arrived, I would have. Never have I seen a check-in situation like this or in general a lobby situation like this. Because of the hard check-in at 4pm, the lobby fills with people from the morning. It looks like an encampment with people sitting on the floor for most of the day. Of course, once check-in is permitted, the wait is long. Luggage facilities are overwhelmed and I take my hat off to the single gentleman that has to manage this. I hope he can find a better employer as practically everyone else is miserable. Fortunately, no breakfast facilities are on offer as the hotel is not very clean. I would not wish to eat there. The rooms are dated, but ok. The wait for the lifts is always long. The man at the door from the street is too busy chatting. You can struggle alone with your luggage to open it. The hotel is totally understaffed in all areas for the number of rooms they have.

Top Lage !

Cons:

Zimmer im upper Level (Etage 40 bis 52) mit Zuschlag gebucht.
Leider nicht bekommen. Unser Zimmer befand sich auf der 32. Etage. Dafür etwas größer, was leider nicht im Verhältnis stand inx und keinerlei Vorteile gebracht hat. Schade.
