Muy buena ubicación. Nos dieron un upgrade cuando llegamos, teníamos vista directo al mar y nos encantó! Todo el personal muy agradable y atento. La habitación linda, cama y almohadas maravillosas! La piscina es la parte más linda del hotel, me gusta que tenga acceso directo a la playa que estaba exquisita!Desayuno rico y variado, nunca estaba lleno, instalaciones en general bien mantenidas.

Cons:

Pasillos fuera de las habitaciones muy fríos, pero entiendo que en épocas de calor usen más aire acondicionado.

For the price you are paying I expected parking and umbrellas to be included. Also better food in the restaurants
Pros:

Location. It is next to the beach, nice pool and rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was a bit overpriced. The valet parking is 60 usd per night, you have to pay for umbrellas at the beach, and food was ok but restaurants nearby were better in that sense.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the room was comfortable and spacious as we got an upgrade, very clean apart from the windows - those would need a proper scrub from the outside. Great location, many shops within walking distance. The hotel looks lush and the best out of all from the outside!
We have received an exceptional check-in by Kayla!!! Very pleasant and helpful person, and was able to get us the room right away even though we arrived too early. We felt very welcomed. The concierge was very helpful with providing the information we needed. I liked the service for setting up the pool chairs.

Cons:

The slight negative was that the friendliness varied from staff to staff - our first-day breakfast was pleasant, with a very helpful, professional waiter who looked after us. Then the other days were not as pleasant, giving us a check before we even finished breakfast. The other thing was that one of the porters was a bit rude

Hotel muito bom, mais tem que aceitar o preço!

Conforto e limpeza!

Cons:

Late checkout negado, porém quando pedir para aumentar uma diária, de forma incrível o quarto que estava apareceu disponível! Tive que pagar caro porque cancelaram meu voo e remarcaram, então precisei sair a noite!

great breakfast and excellent location
Pros:

room, pool and breakfast was exceptional. the location was great and the pool restaurant served delicious food. the pool was decent size and there was cold water with fruit in it every day. we had a really relaxing time there

Cons:

the pool bathroom need updating, they stood in contrast to the rest of the hotel. and the room was nice and clean but when we enetered the room all we could see were the windows that were really dirty and the shining sun only exposed that. it kind of spoiled it cause the room was otherwise fine
