Convenient airport hotel
Pros:

I liked the vicinity to the airport and the shuttle bus service was excellent, staff were friendly and very helpful

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated, the Air conditioning system is very noisy, and the sofa bed mattress uncomfortable. Sound proofing is very bad, you can hear traffic noise and also the neighbours.

Nice stay.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to communicate through booking.com. Staff was friendly. Free shuttle to the airport was a plus.

Cons:

The front desk staff assigned us to room 201 and wrote down 201 on the key card. We went to the room and the key did not work. I had to go back down to the front desk and she realized she put down the wrong room number. She just laughed. No big deal.

Fijn verblijf door het fijne personeel om een goede locatie
Pros:

Meeste van het personeel is super vriendelijk en geeft goede tips over de omgeving. Ook waren ze heel erg behulpzaam. We hadden in eerste instantie een kamer waarbij je de lift continue heel hard hoorde en zonder problemen werden we overgeboekt naar een andere betere ruimere kamer. Restaurants, shopping malls in de buurt alsnog de outlet op een kleine 20 minuten rijden. Je zit ook zo in Vancouver zelf. Al met al een fijn verblijf.

Cons:

De bankbedden zijn wel echt aan vervanging toe

Great place for families and one night stop overs in Vancouver
Pros:

Super helpful staff at the front desk put up with our overtired kids. They upgraded us without charge and were super helpful. Very good experience. The shuttle was super helpful too

Cons:

Not much, restaurant was average but they comped us some kids breakfasts so even that can be faulted

My stay was comfortable and the room was clean and functional

I liked the location.

Cons:

A microwave would have been convenient. The bathroom could have had a shelf or vanity for cosmetics, toothbrush etc and a rinsing cup
