Room very cold. Heating on arrival was reported as not working, and in the two days we were there it was not repaired.

Great hotel and loved the free upgrade
Pros:

The location and staff and we got a free upgrade and the room was huge!

Cons:

The fact that other than a small bar of soap there were no toiletries.

There was 2 different breakfast on offer
The earlier the not so nice !
Later like after 9am pastries came out and fresh fruit was served
Earlier non pastries and the fruit was tinned fruit
It should be the same for breakfast no matter the time

my stay is quick just an ovet night and off to my next tour
Pros:

as a bus driver i stay in a lot of hotels
and i find your hotel is very well placed to suit my self and very impressef with the reseption hall top marks very inviting

Cons:

every thing is fine to suit my needs

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Killarney y el Parque Nacional, el Anillo de Kerry y la península de Dingle, incluso Cork y sus alrededores. La habitación ha sido muy confortable y hay muchos servicios cerca, restaurantes y supermercados.

Cons:

No tengo nada que destacar. Todo fue comodidad, amabilidad y eficiencia.

Really warm
Pros:

The hotel was convenient to where I had to work while I was there.

Cons:

When I got back to the hotel at 2.30am the hall and room were really warm but because of the time I thought I was just cold. I woke up at 7 because the room was still unbearably warm, and didn't cool down much after opening the window
