7 Days Premium Hotel at Icon Siam Station - No Parking

I've really prepared for this worst hotel i have stayed in my life

Very Poor Experience — Not Recommended

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

1. Poor cleanliness and dust — The room and linens did not feel properly cleaned. There was noticeable dust, and we experienced allergies during our stay. The condition of the room made us uncomfortable and concerned that there could potentially be bed bugs or other hygiene issues.

2. Stained blanket — We found visible stains on the blanket and took photos as evidence, especially because the hotel states that guests can be charged for stains or damages. It is disappointing that guests are warned about cleanliness-related charges while the bedding itself was already visibly stained.

3. Cockroach and limited cleaning — I personally saw a small cockroach inside the container used for the coffee/water setup. The hotel also only cleans the room once every two days, which is not acceptable given the cleanliness issues we experienced.

4. Misleading location — The hotel is advertised as being at/near Siam Station / ICONSIAM, which gives the impression that it is conveniently located for these attractions. In reality, getting to the actual ICONSIAM area takes around an hour on foot, and the nearest BTS station is approximately a 20-minute walk. This should be made much clearer in the listing.

5. Refusal to accommodate cancellation — Because I was already uncomfortable with the room and could not stand the idea of sleeping there for another night, I tried to cancel our final night. The hotel refused and wanted to charge the full amount for the intended three-night stay. Considering the hygiene concerns we had already experienced, I found this extremely inconsiderate and disappointing.

Overall, the cleanliness, hygiene, location description, and handling of our cancellation request made this a very poor experience.

Geen restaurant. Sanitair was oud en gedeeltelijk defect. Douche produceert onregelmatig warm/koud water. Toiletbril provisorisch vast gezet. Geen enkele haakje of planchet in het toilet. Een grote spiegel ontbreekt in de kamer. Verkeerslawaai overheerst in de kamer. Hotel was gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. Ik sliep op de 5e etage, kamer 505.

The small size and the immense noise from the traffic make the balcony unenjoyable. The WiFi connection was very fast yet unsecured as if we were still living in the 1990s. There’s nothing to see or do in the area and there’s a limited amount of restaurants and cafés.

The noise from the road can be a bit loud during rush hour.

Nous étions côté rue et c'était très bruyant, quasi 24h/24. La chambre était sombre et la petite porte fenêtre coulissante fermait mal, de plus il y a une fenêtre dans la salle de bains qui reste ouverte et laisse passer le bruit, la chaleur, et même les odeurs de la rue. La douchette du wc fuyait et l'eau coulait d'avant le lavabo. L'hôtel n'est pas extrêmement bien placé pour visiter la ville mais des arrêts de bus sont proches.
