It was OK
Pros:

Not sure if this is the same property, but had to switch to a different property because of pictures of bugs in the bed

Pros:

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom vanity mirror was also nice.

Cons:

Bathroom was small (narrow) and the toilet was very low. Shower was also very narrow.

Clean and affordable
Pros:

It was the complete opposite of the reviews online. It was clean. The room was up to date and everything worked. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Waited way too long for 2bisquits and orange juice

Cons:

We had to change room at midnight because the air conditioning was unbearably noisy…tv didn’t work..the front desk woman came up to try and help…she couldn’t have been nicer! No hand towels!

Not worth what we paid for 2 rooms.
Pros:

The Location was close to Busch Gardens where we were going

Cons:

The staff was always unavailable
The A/C stopped working
The noise to the elevator was annoying
The refrigerator was leaking and didn’t keep things cold
The Maid service dint once come and check in and see if we needed anything, we had to go to the front desk and wait for someone to come from the back to give us toilet paper and towels.
Room was not cleaned by maid service our entire stay
The swimming pool was not clean it had green slime all around the pool and the bottom of the pool. The algae was overwhelming the pool.
There was non stop yelling in the hallway and teenagers being loud and opening doors and walking in hallway in just underwear.
The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana.
