A clean and safe feeling stay in a city tricky for good accommodation that doesn’t break the bank.
Pros:

It can be hard to find a good room in Memphis but this one was fine. Liked the free parking. Facilities good and room clean. Aircon worked well. Had to leave early in morning but was able to get coffee before breakfast officially started.

Cons:

Property was fine but I’ve never liked the area where it’s located around Poplar and the interstate, can be tricky to navigate even for me who grew up in Memphis. Still, I would stay again, it’s a good option.

Very disappointed in the quality of the room for the price. Very inaccurate ratings in my opinion.
Pros:

Location was perfect for the purpose of our visit. The room was clean, breakfast was ok. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

Our room #213 had towel holders falling off the wall. The bathroom door could not be secured as the hanfle was barely holding on. The a/c air handler in the room was extremely noisy and i didn't get much sleep because of it. We had to use a clothes hanger to properly close the curtains. There were smokers at the front door at all times. The toilet seat was loose and slid all over the place. The caulk around the tub looked like a five year old applied it, very sloppy with cracks. I've had better lodging at budget motels, considering this suite cost at least 50-100% more than many places I've stayed. Won't stay there again.

Free happy hour, laundry, pool(very nice looking), good location, great price.
Pros:

Location was easy to find, easy to navigate the area as it sits in a business park with many buildings not in use in the evenings. Checking in we were told they host a social hour (lasts for 2 hours) with some food and free beer/wine/sodas. As soon as we unpacked we headed there and had quesadillas and nachos, beer, iced tea; enough food so as not to want to leave and find a restaurant. Likewise, breakfast was available in the morning, complimentary, and very good. Room was very comfortable, bathroom had plenty of towel racks/hooks.

Cons:

Lighting in the room could have been better; difficult for my wife to read in bed.

I would not stay here again. For $225/night, there should be a higher standard.
Pros:

Location isn’t bad. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Very dated and in need of maintenance. Ceiling texture was falling off. Inside room door (like the bedroom door and the bathroom door) wouldn’t shut. The AC ran, but it was so loud and right next to the bed which made me feel like I was sleeping next to a running car engine. The entire hotel was musty and had a very powerful smell.

Appreciated design, amenities, front desk staff; hotel could be kept much cleaner.
Pros:

Modern, nice decor. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Location was good and pricing was a good deal.

Cons:

Hallways were filthy. Luggage carts and trash bags left in hallways for extensive time. Room floors were filthy, counters / surfaces were not very clean. Shower glass, walls and bathroom mirror, dirty. The hotel has great potential. The housekeeping needs better training, systematic process of cleaning routine. Better oversight from management on standard of cleanliness.
