I would not stay here again. For $225/night, there should be a higher standard.
Pros:

Location isn’t bad. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Very dated and in need of maintenance. Ceiling texture was falling off. Inside room door (like the bedroom door and the bathroom door) wouldn’t shut. The AC ran, but it was so loud and right next to the bed which made me feel like I was sleeping next to a running car engine. The entire hotel was musty and had a very powerful smell.

Appreciated design, amenities, front desk staff; hotel could be kept much cleaner.
Pros:

Modern, nice decor. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Location was good and pricing was a good deal.

Cons:

Hallways were filthy. Luggage carts and trash bags left in hallways for extensive time. Room floors were filthy, counters / surfaces were not very clean. Shower glass, walls and bathroom mirror, dirty. The hotel has great potential. The housekeeping needs better training, systematic process of cleaning routine. Better oversight from management on standard of cleanliness.

Stay at Staybridge!!!
Pros:

My check in process was quick. The staff was exceptional in their professionalism and kindness. My room was comfortable very clean.The breakfast in the morning was very good. I enjoy my stay here so much.That no matter where I travel stay, bridge will be my choice of hotel.They were absolutely wonderful , and I can't wait to go back to memphis and stay with them again!!!!

Not Bad, Just Not Outstanding!
Pros:

We liked how quiet the hotel was. It was not within walking distance to a restaurant except Benihana, but we drove to Corky's Barbeque, and it was amazing. I sure wish they had the social hour and light dinner on Fridays! The breakfast was very nicely executed!

Cons:

Mainly just wished for a restaurant within walking distance, a hot tub and the social hour. Not bad just not outstanding!
