The location for me was excellent
Was not told on check on that maid service has to be requested. No air con the room was hot. The WiFi was abysmal. The room was very outdated, bizarre light configuration. Pressing the light switch on entry turned on a lamp in the living room.

The location and lobby
The rooms are dingy. Terrible choice of color. The windows were filthy. The bed was springy and had an incline to the left. Not one staff member ever spoke to me after check in. The hot water was warm at best and there is no water pressure. Lastly the est is positioned in a dark corner that may as well been a closet.

I didn’t like how my room smelled like leftover pizza the whole time I was staying there and the valet parking being an extra expense was very irritating as well.

My girls and I loved this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. It's really beautiful, the room was spacious, clean and really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful! It's very affordable for what you get! We loved the cafe inside and had breakfast there every morning.
The only downside are the many homeless people nearby. But, I felt safe enough as there were security and ploicecon every corner, because I happened to be there during the world cup.

It’s dated the decor needs upgrading the carpet in areas is damaged and unsightly. The carpet in the room was marked and unclean looking in areas
muy buena ubicación, departamento super amplio, baño completo, habitación gigante. Café gratis "to go". Desde la ventana podía ver la pantalla gigante y ver si había partidos (fui para la época del mundial).
El TV del comedor no funcionaba (no tenía señal), tampoco el de la habitación. La cocina parece bastante anticuada, pero la heladera funcionó sin problemas. No había buena iluminación al ingresar a la habitación.

Everything was excelent!
I got bitten during my 2 nights stay and woke up and found a bug on my bed. They sent a specialist to my room and found a bug under the mattress. I asked the manager that whether I can get compensation for that. The manager made a joke on my story and asked me whether I need an ambulance😤😤😤. As for the solutions, the manager did not give any clear answers. They only say they need to send pet control to the room I stayed without what if they find bed bug in the room and what if not. I was so pissed.
