Le personnel qui a toujours essayé de m'arranger, la propreté, le confort, le calme, la lingeries, la réactivité ( un plombier est venu à plus de 21h pour déboucher le lavabo.

Could use some upgrades to TVs. Great hotel! Location a1 and is clean ! Will stay again
Pros:

The property is close to several bars, restaurants and right across the street from the globe

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like is the old tvs they have in the room. They should consider upgrading to smart TVs. Also they only gave us 2 towels starting out so we have to request additional towels the next day because room cleaning is upon request. Other then that no complaints I will stay again !

Prime location in Dallas
Pros:

Great location. King size room was very large. A good gym also. Staff there to help. Across from AT&T Plaza.

Cons:

Building in obvious need of a do over. Aircon didn’t have enough range.

The toilet was not working upon checking in, they sent someone right away after the first flush it stopped working again, basically the whole day I was without a toilet, when I wanted to talked to the manager since it was a weekend nobody was available till Monday, I emailed the General manager, no response, when I saw him on Monday, I explained the situation and asked him for a compensation at least for one night, he looked at me like I had 2 heads in disbelief that I asked that, he said, complain to booking.com not us,
