Cons:

Stayed 5 nights but didn't get my room serviced not even once. The sign stated that the room will be serviced by request only so I hung the placard on the exterior of the front door on the third day requesting service, but no one ever showed up.
And when I requested clean towels on two different occasions I had to go down to the front desk to get them myself. A total inconvenience and such a let down from a beautiful facility.
Exceeded my expectation in all aspects except for room service.

Pros:

Hermoso edificio , histórico , bien mantenido en el corazón del downtown de Dallas. Me dieron un upgrade a una habitación que era prácticamente un departamento , la cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Nada, solo un poco antiguo el mobiliario , pero es lo que uno espera por el el tipo de hotel.
