Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Blue Ash - Kenwood Road

Soap and towels on floor, shower so small you could barely bend over, no hot water one of our rooms had no water, dirty floors and carpets, no management after a certain time so the people one out and are loud and party all night , smelled of weed and smoke, no lobby, no where to sit outside your room, dark in the hotel almost to the point you couldn’t see, outside of hotel looked run down and needing repairs, 200 dollar unexpected hold on our four rooms, felt stuck and in a u safe place, so unhappy with the photos from booking not matching

Dirty, blood in sinks, terribly small bathroom/ shower, paint pealing off walls, towels and soap on ground for you. Pictures in booking do not match what it is now. Needing repairs, unclean, dark , dingy, smells of weed and smoke, people were could all night and staff doesn’t stay after 7/8 pm they go home so no one to manage, I would never have chosen this hotel if I’d of known. Me of our rooms had no running water. One only could get cold water. Bed butted up to the air conditioning so it was freezing. No lobby, so run down

It was dirty, blood in sinks, needed repairs badly, smelled of weed and smoke, bathrooms were terrible shower very small towels and soap on ground, no sink area, location was terrible in the dumps, no lobby, dark inside hotel everywhere, small tvs, bed butted right up in air conditioning unit, 50.00 deposit per room lead to 200.00 extra on our stay because we had four rooms, people partied all night outside and inside and staff leaves! At 7 pm to next day!!!!!! Water was cold one room had no running water, pictures on booking DO NOT MATCH, how run down and gross the hotel is now. I may never book with booking again. This was a terrible experience.

Was a little nervous at first when we arrived. The main lobby is tucked in a corner and we even drove around building looking for a much bigger entrance. The bathroom shower had an open drain pipe and we went and bought a drain catcher that catches hair to cover it for our stay. A bit weird.

The AC didn't work and it was booked solid so we couldn't move. Made it pretty hot. Also the shower was extremely small.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke and certain corners of the room were dirty.

They don’t tell you about the $100 deposit when booking. When we got to our room it had a very weird smell, the floor was sticky, there were things smashed into the carpet. The shower was way too small.

Smelled like feet and cigarette smoke everywhere.

The facility was dirty and an awful smell throughout the whole place, including the room.

I did not like when you walk in to check in it smells like animals like cat and dog urine the smell was strong it almost made me not stay there because I thought the room would have been nasty because the lobby smelled terrible, but it was the opposite the rooms were clean and smelled fine outdated but clean and comfy.
