Super Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer klein aber fein. Alles da was Mann braucht.

Fint beliggende hotel med sødt personale og ny renoverede faciliteter. Der mangler lidt finish jvf. tidligere nævnt.
Pros:

Beliggenhed og atmosfære - sødt personale.
Dejlig lobby og morgenmadsrestaurant - nyistandsat.

Cons:

Manglende system - alarm gik i gang 2 gange den samme nat på grund af varmeproblemer i kælder - personalet beklagede men ellers ingen konsekvens.
Det mindste man kunne gøre var da at give morgenmad til gæsterne som har fået nattesøvnen ødelagt.
Badeværelse meget småt - vasken latterlig lille - dog dejlige brusefaciliteter.
Morgenmad for dyr - ikke value for money.
Vi havde reserveret værelse med 2 separate senge - og fået bekræftelse på at det var muligt. Da vi ankom fik vi værelse med en Queensize bed. Efter at have anket over det fik
vi anvist værelse med twinbeds - som ikke var adskilt. Dette var heller ikke separate senge så vi ende med 2 enkelt værelser- til samme pris. En masse rod men fin løsning til sidst.

Perfect location & excellent hotel
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay. We were a family of 3 from India and we took a larger room. They put in a cute separate bed for our child and the room overlooking the canal had beautiful large windows with great light.

We spent some time just hanging in our room - it was that lovely - with the sunlight streaming in.

Special mention to the staff (especially Seth at reception) - they were excellent, always smiling and helpful. We arrived early (12 noon) and they let us have our room right away since it was ready. (That usually doesn’t happen - even if the room is available. Most hotels won’t let you check in before 3pm)

The only negative was the bathroom. It was tiny in comparison to the room. But we managed fine!

Just really poor
Pros:

|Air con did not work, in basement right next to the delivery point which start at 0430 which the staff were very noisy

Pros:

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Clean, friendly, the location was perfect as it was walking distance from bars, cafes, supermarkets, and the centre. Would 100% come back. The bed was comfy also.

Cons:

There was a mix up with our room when we arrived, but staff & management were very kind and got this resolved instantly. Was happy with service and the upgraded stay, no complaints!

Un sejur plăcut, dacă nu am fi fost treziți în noaptea în care a fost petrecere la barul din vecinătatea hotelului ar fi
Pros:

Locația, clădirea îngrijită, camera renovată destul de recent. Lenjeria plăcută, patul confortabil, geamuri cu izolație fonică bună.
Restaurantul cu aspect plăcut, micul dejun de calitate bună, Totuși ar putea fi diversificat, zilnic au fost aceleași sortimente .

Cons:

Praful de pe polița de la căpătâiul patului! Am șters praful ca să nu - l inhalam! Mai multă atenție pentru personalul care curăță camera.
Politicile hotelului să fie afișate la vedere în camera, le-am descoperit în ziua plecării , după aparatul de cafea.
Paharele pentru apă din camera lăsate pe noptiera fara un ambalaj de protecție, pun la îndoială igiena.
