Améliorations
Cons:

La douche était dans une mezzanine et non précisé dans le descriptif de la chambre. Quand on a des problèmes pour monter les marches ce n’est pas top. Du coup, il manquait un lave mains dans les toilettes situé en bas. Il manquait une poubelle près de la douche, pas de porte serviette, ni de crochet pour y mettre ses affaires lors du déshabillage pour aller se doucher. Une bouteille d’eau aurait été un minimum puisqu'il y avait des verres.
Le ménage n’était pas top surtout au niveau de la tête de lit en haut. Le surmatelas est trop grand par rapport au matelas et sommier et du coup ai faillit tombé plusieurs fois.

Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff. We even got a glass of prosecco on arrival. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location and a tram stop is a very short walk away to get you to the major attractions. The cafe next door was excellent.

Helpful responsive staff particularly Josh who checked us in. Quiet room even over the street and newer features in rooms. Pretty and useful lobby space.

very pleasant, will stay again if in Amsterdam.
Pros:

Room change on request was handled professionally and without hassle.

Cons:

The first room was nice but was small and did not have a wardrobe. We were staying 5 nights and had a lot of luggage.

L'albergo è nuovo e molto bello. Avevamo una camera da tre persone grande. Bagno un po' piccolo ma ben attrezzato e soprattutto moderno. Silenzioso. Pulito. Acqua al refill sempre disponibile. palestra carina. Accanto c'è un ottimo bistrot che fa le colazioni

Cons:

Non è vicinissimo al centro. Per arrivare a piedi a piazza Dam ci vogliono 20 minuti ma proprio sotto ci sono i tram. Rapporto qualità/prezzo un po' eccessivo ma siamo ad Amsterdam

Pros:

Hotel je jako lijep, dorucak takodje. Osoblje jako ljubazno. Preko puta imate predivan park, pravo je uzivanje prvu jutarnju kafu popiti tamo, samo je dovoljno da predjete ulicu, pogotovo ko u hotelu boravi sa djecom.

Cons:

Nije mi se dopalo to sto sobu ne ciste, vjerovatno trebate da trazite svakog dana. Takodje ne dodju ni samo peskire da promjene. Hotel kao hotel je jako uredan, ali to je mana. Uz to imali smo sobu na -1 koja je ispod nivoa puta, jako je cudno spavati sa neobicnim prozorom. Za ovu cijenu je to neprihvatljivo.

We would go back.
Pros:

The location is very good.
The staff are all very helpful.

Cons:

You have to ask for room service. I had to ask 2 times before it was done.
Very little handing space, no drawers.
