• Executive Club Lounge is open from 7AM to 10PM daily. Guests with Club Lounge access can choose between a Daily Set Menu breakfast served at the Club Lounge from 7AM to 10AM (last order at 9:45 AM), or enjoy a buffet breakfast at Food Capital on Level 1 from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (last order at 10:00 AM).

Good gym and swimming pool
Everything was great except the check in. The lady at reception was not really nice because we were queuing 1m away from the normal queue line and she told our kids to behave. Bad first impression, otherwise we had a nice stay

Excellent location with easy access to restaurants and MRT with taxis easy available.
To get hot water in the room we had to run the bathroom taps for 10 to 15 minutes every time for hot showers. We stayed 7 nights and this was inconvenient. Staff were informed and a room change was suggested on 5 day but we declined.
Checked with guests in adjoining rooms and they had no water issues.

When I made my booking I requested a higher floor with a view. This request was given to me and I was thankful for it.
I love the walk along the river and the restaurants are within a walking distance from this hotel.
I love the bar/lounge setting facing Singapore river where you feel relax. I love the grilled octopus salad, satay chicken skewers as well as the mango juice

Turn down the inside temperature to a comfortable level 21-22 not 18 degrees
Nothing much, the room was nice, breakfast was ok, location was so disappointing, everything around there is closed, the area is total dead, you have to travel to another area to get a better feel for Singapore.
It was like walking into a railway station just utter chaotic, did not know were the staff were, the lobby was so full on busy. it took awhile to find book in, then you were on your own, no ambience at all,
Good location, very comfy beds, staff helpful, good shower. Helped organise take away breakfast & early morning taxi to the airport.
Take away breakfast was very poor - continental option was a lot of dry pastries with no butter, jam or anything other than pastries would have liked a little more variety.

Super hotel langs het water op nog geen 5 minuten wandelen van de metro. We kregen een familiekamer voor 3 personen, maar er werd op vraag heel vlot een extra bed bijgezet omdat we met 4 zijn. De faciliteiten zijn top. Het ontbijt heel uitgebreid en heerlijk. De wandeling vanuit het hotel naar Gardens by the bay langs het water is heel mooi en aan te raden. Het personeel hielp ons bij al onze vragen en waren uitermate vriendelijk! Wij konden ons geen beter verblijf in Singapore voorstellen. Een aanrader!
Mattress and pillows were very good. The front staff receipt at gate was very good and helpful.Room cleaning staff was very polite.

I booked a newly refurbished room and paid extra for the same, I didn't get this as still has the tiny step in bath, old and scratched from the 90's. My friend booked the same and got a new walk in rain.shower. I reported this to reception but they did not help telling me that's it and the hotel is full that they had no rooms of the category i booked available.
The breakfast was very packed each morning, the tables were on top of each other.
The room was supposed to have a king size bed, it was a queen bed turned sideways so your legs stuck out the end, I am 174cm and the bed was small.
