• Executive Club Lounge is open from 7AM to 10PM daily. Guests with Club Lounge access can choose between a Daily Set Menu breakfast served at the Club Lounge from 7AM to 10AM (last order at 9:45 AM), or enjoy a buffet breakfast at Food Capital on Level 1 from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (last order at 10:00 AM).
• Club Lounge guests can also enjoy afternoon high tea and unlimited evening cocktails in the lounge.
• Guests age 12 years old and under, accompanied by an adult, are welcome at Executive Club Lounge before 5:30PM.

The Location is unique, the room is clean, nice and modern. The in room drink water system is great and environment friendly.
The self service check in and check out system is a bit confusing.
The three things I rated highly were the location, cleanliness, and comfortable bed. There were 2 MRT stations and bus stops within walking distance (10 mins from Havelock and another station), which made it handy, but we also took a lot of taxi rides from the hotel to major attractions. The rooms were spotless. The quality and size of the bed were other positive things about this hotel. However, most 4~5-star hotels have good-quality beds, so nothing particularly special.
Front desk staff were too busy to care, and some were just too tired, plain cold and inhospitable. My elderly mum and I arrived late at night, quite tired from our flight. We were quite surprised at the cold reception by the check-in staff. I think she was the night manager-in-charge. She sounded and looked pretty tired from a long shift(?), but it was her indifferent, uninterested manner that took my breath away. I've stayed in many hotels around the world for work and holidays, but this has to be one of the most memorable receptions we had. It's crazy busy during checkout in the morning, so don't bother trying to talk with their front desk staff unless you are checking out. The only saving grace was the baggage staff, especially Ravi and Bas, who went out of their way to help us with our luggage & taxi bookings
The hotel uses a touchscreen & voice-activated AI concierge to call the front desk from your room, and coming from someone who is AI and tech-savvy, it was downright frustrating! Where did the good old phone to the front desk? I can't imagine someone who is not familiar with using such tech, especially my mum, who is older and, who is not as tech-savvy as some of us are, trying to talk to someone at the front desk! Even turning on the TV and watching YouTube required a QR code app! Gone too far with AI! Obviously, the people who designed the AI concierge haven't used this at a 10 pm late check-in like us!
The bathroom was poorly designed. The shower door gets wet after a shower, doesn't close properly, therefore flooding the bathroom floor and making it very wet and slippery. My elderly mum had slipped, so I had to dry the bathroom floor every night after a shower! I had to put 2 or 3 towels down to stop the flooding! For a 5 Star hotel, there wasn't even a bathtub. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for this price.

Dust / rubbish hidden under the curtains and beds..
早餐丰盛美味，每天都有变化。房间也很宽敞，服务速度和质量也都令人满意。透过落地窗可以看到漂亮的城市风景，附近有Great World购物中心和地铁站，距离市中心和鱼尾狮等著名景点也不算远，交通方便。

No information on arrival for tourists to get a sense of what is available. Automated check in and minimal human contact during entire stay. Quite expensive for what it was - relatively small rooms for a family of 4.
