Property management was amazing. She is very nice and understanding and talks to everyone in a respectful way. Housekeeping as well of course being in the janitorial department myself I’ll never miss the opportunity to shout out the employees keeping the hotels and rooms clean !

Que la señorita que me atendió me atendió de mala manera hasta me tiró las cosas en una señorita rellenita dice que no habla español pero si habla atiende de muy mala manera no se si regresar al hotel solo por la mala atencion
Nothing,the property had a lot of transient type people moving about,I was informed that I had to pay extra if I wanted a microwave and fridge in the room?and I did not feel safe with my 5 year old grandson,so I cancelled the reservation with the front desk clerk?I am requesting a refund for the room.Very disappointed.
