Good overnight stop with Fido
Pros:

A basic clean room, secure, convenient. We stay for the lack of a pet charge, which is totally out of hand at some other chains.

Cons:

Some deferred maintenance. Lobby restrooms out of order. Our bathroom (103) door needs repair.
