La Quinta stay in May
Pros:

Without carpeting there’s an echo in the room , shower faucet leaked. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom lighting was excellent. The bed was super comfortable the light in the rest of the area. Yes, there was something wrong with it. I’ll just leave

Place were comfortable, safe and closer to all shops; restaurants, grocery store and gasoline stations.
Pros:

Closer to relatives, shops, location is safe, beds were comfortable, quiet, and good air condition.

Cons:

Staffs were not friendly, don’t smile. Look unhappy.

Beautiful property, landscaping & outside areas were so appealing. Staff was pleasant & attentive. Breakfast was also A+ , Room rate was great !
Definitely my “go to” place when in Prescott!

Pros:

Great pillows. The young man that was on shift the evening that I checked in was extremely kind enough.

Cons:

Breakfast was absolutely horrific. I could not believe the difference in the breakfast at Hampton and at this locator. In addition to that the sign is hidden behind a tree and the property is barely visible from the road. Made it extremely difficult to find. When I went to Google maps and entered in the address it sent me to a shopping center which the young man at the desk at La Quinta mentioned that that happens all the time and literally had to verbally give me an idea how to get there. That was a mess I drove up and down the highway for almost an hour before I found the place. I had the little creamers for coffee which I took to my room because I make my own coffee and bring my own coffee. One of The little creamers dropped to the floor as I open the door and made a bit of a mess in the room. I promptly grabbed a handcloth, wet it and began cleaning up the mess I had made. What I found was the amount of dirt that I cleaned up of that floor with that water only wet handclothe just to clean up my little mess, was not only unacceptable but gave me an idea of the thoroughness that lacks in their cleaning habits at that particular hotel. I usually don't get this particular and I usually don't even answer these types of things but I was disgusted,especially by the cleaning part and how filthy the floor actually was. It's easy to hide dirt when you have dark brown tile but there's no excuse that when one pays over $100 a room in fact my total bill was 265, for 2 days should have to be concerned in The area of cleanliness. I will be happy too discuss this with somebody in a higher level of your corporation but I also realize that this was probably yet another franchise hotel where corporate has nothing to do with your stay. That was the beginning of the end for many of the properties in your chain. That goes for Hilton as well as I've been traveling quite a bit lately.

LaQuinta is your best stay!
Pros:

We just love this hotel set some against the mountains with nothing else around, heated pool! My son got married in the gazebo. It was everything they hoped for

For the price this is a great find - definitely a great place to stay -
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, and the room was spacious and spotless. The property itself is clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful, relaxing back garden filled with roses. Overall, I’d rate this place a solid 9/10—the only minor issue was some noise from the guests upstairs, but that’s nothing the hotel could control. My boyfriend is usually very particular about where we stay, but even he said we’ll definitely be coming back here!

The hotel, the room and the breakfast plan needs a lot of attention. $551 for 2 nights- thievery.
Pros:

The breakfast was bad, watery eggs with some kind of sausage.

Cons:

Breakfast was really bad. The room was in need of repair, painting, floor repair, baseboard repair, the toilet wasn’t secured to the floor.
