Good location near airport, good size rooms, fairly clean, great staff
Only negative was that our bathroom had a barn door that wouldnt stay closed and had large gaps so there was no privacy in double bed room
Vomit on side walks in the early morning
The class I was taking was super close by
I recently fell and got xrays on my ankle to verify no breaks or fractures due to the swelling the coloration. Thank goodness no breaks. We paid ahead of time for a single king room and i requested the ground floor because of my ankle and the boot i have to wear.
The girl at the front counter seemed to just hate her life and job. She acted like we were this HUGE inconvenient stop in her day. She then told us they have no more single king rooms. I just wanted to laydown and get some sleep before my red eye in the morning.
Room was clean and bed was confortable. The people upstairs sucked but not the hotels fault there. We get up at 2am to leave and ask for a recipt. New gal and this was also asking the world of her as she made comments about hownshe would try to get a recipt but no promises. LORD i get having a bad day but put it away for a few moments to help customers. I don't need any kind of crazy friendliness but a smile and have a good morning goes a LONG WAY.
I have stayed here several times and it has been consistently good. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and you can't beat the price. Its also nice to have Ihop, Carl's Jr and Taco Bell all right net door.
I rather not say
Wish pool stayed open later then 6pm but staff always really nice and rooms are taking care of
The staffing rude as ever
-
The woman accused me of putting myweight in the washer door causing it to slide off the hinges and vraassh to the floor. I was in the room when the.front desk lady....sheds sounds.like.meg Tilly and the security guard told me everything was ok. Not my fault. 15 mins later she called.my room and told me I had to exit the property no refund. No returned deposit. I can tell my bank what's up or you can refund all my charges and .give me a credit to use at any other.motel or I can call the police.
I selected this motel for the convenience and proximity to my destination. Staff checking me in was pleasant. It would have been helpful to know that ice was only available at reception; I learned this by walking around and then returning to my room to call reception.
The fire alarm went off at 10 pm (on/off for 10 minutes); I called the front desk, and the receptionist hung up on me twice. The third time she finally said false alarm. The room seemed clean at first but the vent in the A/C was filled with dark and thick dust. I don’t know what I could have been breathing in. It was 90 degrees outside so needed the A/C.
Bathroom only had two small bars of soap. No shampoo.
Area around the motel is dirty, unsafe, and included homeless people. Other guests especially upstairs were loud.
We were staying over for the night only to catch an early flight out of Sacramento International Airport the hotel bathroom was not very accommodating for shelving space and there was a coffee pot but no coffee in the room there is no service for office needs in the lobby
I have stayed at numerous hotels in my life. This was easily, bar none, the worst stay I have ever had. First, the fire alarm malfunctioned, forcing everyone into the parking lot. That took about a half hour. Then, my room key would not work. They had unlock the room with the master key so I could not leave and go back in without the manager letting me in. That was a real hassle. I had already been on the road 15 hours with my son and all we wanted to do was sleep. We were not even offered another room. Finally, the shower barely had any pressure until I was finishing up and it magically went to full power. I mean, tge overall appearance was fine. But too many things went haywire. If given a choice, I would stay somewhere else in Sacramento if I am in town. Don't even get me started about the people staying on the next floor up that were having a party. Just a very negative experience all the way around.
Very convenient, quiet and rooms are comfortable
The staff is very rude
I have no keys to my room had to ask the front desk to open our room if we leave and come back. could not use my AARP CARD. hot tub and pool dirty. Could not use it block off. This was the man reason I chose this place the have a lift to the pool and hot tub. Room was not ready at 3 pm. I will never come back to the place again. The show water was luke warm.
Internet access was very poor and there no espn Netflix many other good that don’t have it I feel fool to pay for 3 weeks as not worth of price
The only issue I had was not getting the room I booked. This was an issue on Hotels.com and not the motel
The room was fine but there was only 2 small bars of soap. No shampoo or conditioner. No clear markings for the elevator or stairs. The air conditioner was not very strong. There was a coffee maker but no coffee? The woman who checked us in was very unfriendly and gave us no information about how to get to the room or where anything was.
