Please, I am begging you, do not go to this hotel. We were on our way to a cruise in Alaska. We had reservations there. One of our two rooms was not ready at 5 pm when we got there, because it was "wet". We told the front desk girl calmly, " Marie Rose" to please find us another room because that is not our problem, she nicely told us that we would have to pay more because we booked on Priceline. No loud talking, no attitude, no shouting..... the only action she took was to call the Police. So it is quite fair to say that was because we are unapologetically Black. The cops came and we went straight to them before they even came to us. The Cop informed us that they are called by this lady numerous times To this hotel. Then our room had mold, and the other room was wet and smelt like a storage, they had to move us in the middle of the night. Oh by the way the "Marie" lady refused to call a manager at check in. The remedy was the Police. ....
Young lady who checked me in was very nice and helpful. I believe her name was Jhuliana.
I have zero complaints
Breakfast so so
No complimentary water in room
Calisanlar cok guler yuzlu ve misafirleri mutlu etmek icin ellerinden geleni her zaman yapiyorlardi.
Not a happy camper. I will say the hotel is clean and the bed, while pretty worn down on one side, wasn't "down to the springs." The young lady who checked me in was extra helpful to me in my wheelchair, sorting out a reservation issue.
Two nights in a row, management allowed large parties to be as loud as they chose. The second night, after three calls (well, two calls and two attempts because no one was behind the front desk, no one answered the phone, and no one would answer the Hilton app chat), I was told to just wait until midnight for everyone to settle down after they were thrown out of the lobby, where about a dozen people had been drinking the free coffee and being so loud FOR HOURS that it was disturbing me up on the third floor.
I don't think it's reasonable to expect guests to "just wait" because management can't be bothered to enforce quiet rules after 10pm. Why was there a party of approx. a dozen people in the lobby past 10pm? Why did it take until 11pm to get them up to their rooms? Why were there two teenagers or young adults lurking in the ice machine/vending machine space, watching their phones with the sound on? Why was I expected to just put up with noise for hours after reporting it? People didn't seem to be drunk or out of control, but they were LOUD.
And most importantly for my safety, why was NO ONE AT THE DESK for a longish stretch at around 9:30 PM? Full disclosure, I am staying here on points and a free night certificate. So I guess my need to sleep doesn't count for anything. Not happy. It's 11:30 and things seem to have quieted down.
Clean, good lighting, great location
All good
Recently stayed here for one night, convenient to the airport, but this hotel has seen better days. From the disinterested woman at the desk, to the dinghy room with a stopped up sink and the very mediocre breakfast, even by Hampton Inn standards, I wouldn’t stay here again. There are plenty of other options at this airport.
The hotel is fairly close to SFO, but not near any stores or services.
It’s in a light industrial park.
Clean, comfortable, quiet
I have been a Hilton Honors Member (including Hampton Inn) for years, and have always been pleased with the hotel. This one is very deceptive. They bill themselves as an airport hotel, but they DO NOT OFFER A SHUTTLE to and from the airport. To get an Uber here, it cost $68 one way, so the fee for this hotel is actually $136 higher than the stated price. To say I am furious is an understatement.
The Room is a standard Hampton Inn room.
Embassy Suites two doors down does offer a shuttle service.
Great staff. Room was clean
