The drain in tub was very slow to drain
The facility to move everywhere into Atlanta
The problem that I had in my room was the bathroom because the toilet had problems
Breakfast was great; location perfect; bed too soft
Mattress too soft made it hard to get out
Of bed as elder. Elevator way too slow to get to 5th floor. Missed shuttle lst time as took ten minutes

The property was clean. Staff were polite and pleasant. The property was a non smoking property, however my room reeked of cigarette smoke. I had a sinus infection which made for a rough night.

Close to the airport, free shuttle, exactly what you are looking for a place like this. Some restaurants walking distance.
Elevator was slow. Did not feel very safe. Bed was not comfy. Strange to open the door you need to move the door nob up instead of down

Sadly, my room smelt like smoke. Thankfully I had room spray with me.
The front desk staff told me that it was a common complaint with many of the rooms that were once smoking rooms.
Location in proximity to airport. Airport Shuttle was a major plus.
Bathroom not thoroughly cleaned
Breakfast was better than expected. Hotel was very conveniently located close to airport - our flight had been cancelled and we had to stay in town overnight. Bed was very comfortable. Free shuttle to and from airport.
Could not get a receipt for insurance. We booked through Booking.com who said hotel should provide receipt, but hotel said that Booking.com should do so. We hope the insurance company will accept our visa bill as proof. Shower didn't work, but someone fixed it pretty quickly - although then faucet was upside down, so "Cold" produced hot water and vice versa.
I was charged $1015 for a shower door that I didn't broke, help me get a refund. Been there 26 times
