The room was fine. My issue was the financial transaction. They charge me three times and didn’t refund me until I calle

It was convenient and clean, and the price was reasonable.

Cons:

There could’ve been more staff on to help with a large group that were stranded due to weather. My biggest complaint is that they overcharged my card by $550. It took me days to resolve it. I called four times on one day and each time the staff that answered the phone said they couldn’t talk to me because they had a line.

Pros:

I loved the scenery, the quietness, and the fact that it’s gated. Gives a sense of upscale.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is that the pool wasn’t very clean, if they can keep the pools clean that’s about it. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and got my moneys worth. Definitely will be booking again for 2 days!
