There was no microwave or refrigerator and the place smells like dog… someone was playing out front of my door it woke me up…

Didn't get room I paid for. I paid for premium room with refrigerator and microwave, preferably on 3rd floor. Not only was my room not ready at 5PM, my specified arrival time, it was a third floor standard room with no refrigerator or microwave. My perishable food items were so waterlogged from trying to keep them on ice I had to throw them away.
Close to the fairgrounds
Room was dirty, towels were stained and thread bare,there was a domestic fight in the parking lot and the front desk wouldn't call the police
