I made a reservation 3 weeks ago and when we got to the hotel they said it was overbooked so they did not give me the room I booked. We saw some other empty rooms and we ask to get one similar as the one we booked they said it was for other customer.. wondering why some people would have priority when we paid the same price and booked it early on... the equipments were very old, room was not very clean either..personnel did not make any gesture or have any remorse for their mistake.. I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel!

All in all, I would not stay here again. I would pay the extra money for better services

Friendly staff but that’s about it.

Cons:

It was just an ok stay. Room wasn’t bad, but nothing special. Bed sheets were nasty, had a brown stain on it. Water pressure was terrible and there was little to no hot water it seemed like. Elevator was absolutely terrible, used it once and never used it again; extremely sketchy and could use an upgrade. Location is kind of odd. I also did not like how there were people hanging around the motel, not sure if they were staying or what, but did not feel comfortable with them hanging around. I was staying on the back side of the motel and it seems like the more permanent people stay on the back and actual guests stay in the front, so that was odd.
