Pros:

It was a nice place to stay for a last minute getaway. Super close to the places I needed to go to.

Cons:

I did not like the bottom part of the bed. I had something poking out and my child and I kept hitting our leg or foot on it.

Pros:

There was a sock under my sheet so obviously they didn’t clean the bed and food in my refrigerator. I complained about it and they did nothing. The TV didn’t work. There was so many problems.

Good room at a good location
Pros:

SureStay was not far from the interstate. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice to deal with at check in and check out.

Cons:

My breakfast was good,but there were flies in the room around our meal.

Stressful because the overcharging but if I wasn’t overcharged, I’m pretty sure I would’ve been able to relax

Needs better eggs..
Pros:

It was ok thought it was going to be a lil nicer but it was not too bad for the price.

Cons:

When I got there from having to play softball early that morning the guy at the front desk was like oh your card didn’t go through mind you i always pay at the property. After I said umm what you mean I have money on the card he then says you’re right but it took him like 20 minutes to get me checked in he was so damn slow.

Sorry to say but Picture Scam
Pros:

Breakfast was ok but place was too small.

Cons:

Totally different from the pictures on the website. Not maintenance well. One of room lump was broken, hair dryer was broken, bathroom was too small. Towels were too old like a rug. Air conditioner was not working well and noisy.

Stinky and dirty, don’t waste your money.

Cons:

It was so dirty. The trash cans were overflowing outside the door to enter and it smelled like microwaved fish throughout the halls. We were on the 2nd floor and in our room the floor was uneven with and concave hole right in the main walkway. The shower also has a floor issue that make a load creaking sound when you step in or walk in it. Feels like you are going to crash through the floor every step you take. It’s scary. The window was broken, so it didn’t close all the way. And there was a spider in the bed.
