Pros:

Location for us was perfect.

Cons:

Room had paint splashes on wood work and furniture. Room was looking a little tired.

Wonderful stay, smaller room than expected!
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. Very comfortable bed and great night’s sleep!

Cons:

The room did state a cozy king, but MAN it was tight in there and very little space to move or place items. More shelves would have made things easier.

Hôtel cool et agréable, emplacement idéal !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec une vraie ambiance new-yorkaise. Grand lobby agréable pour chiller, café, restaurant, rooftop et musique : on s’y sent bien. Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles et bien équipées, le staff sympa et le quartier top. J’y retournerai !

Cons:

À la sortie de l’hôtel, certaines rues sont assez encombrées par les vendeurs de rue, ce qui rend le passage un peu chaotique et moins agréable. Heureusement, dès qu’on s’éloigne de quelques rues, le quartier est vraiment très sympa.

Autre petit bémol : la porte de la salle de bain était très difficile à fermer et coinçait, ce qui n’est vraiment pas idéal surtout quand on voyage à deux.

Pros:

I walk a lot and this hotel has proved to be a great starting location to my exploring walks. The view from the rooftop was incredible too. The rooms are cute and very efficient.

Hotel sounds better on paper, but is in generally not in the best shape
Pros:

- Close to subway, walking distance from SoHo, Little Italy, Chinatown
- Nice view from the room

Cons:

- Room was poorly maintained: flooring and furniture were almost all damaged, some lights weren't working
- Electric blinds were broken, no way to raise/lower them manually
- Alerted staff about the blinds and they never did anything about it
