Excellent Stay
Pros:

Friendly and professional staff. All areas in my room where clean! My Sheets and towels where fresh and clean and I'm the morning hot coffee was already at the breakfast Bar

Pros:

That staff was very patient and knowledgeable about their position and property

Cons:

The cleanliness of the carpet in the room. Definitely could benefit greatly from being shampooed and a deep clean.

Pros:

It was close to where I needed to go

Cons:

My room was dirty . Broken sink the water constantly ran , smoke detector was hanging from ceiling , gave me moldy towel . I asked them to fix it and nobody came . They admitted to knowing that room had broken sink and smoke detector.

Pros:

The young lady at the front desk was kind and helpful throughout the whole situation of checking in and then needing to leave.

Cons:

The surfaces were visibly dirty - side tables, floor, stovetop, and parts of the kitchen. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the floor was warped and coming up from what looked like previous water damage.

The price isn’t worth what you’re gettting.
Cons:

There’s was no hot breakfast. It’s just a coffee machine and packaged muffins. The furniture and appliance has wear and tear. The room doesn’t look as pictured.

Cons:

Everything was terrible, seriously. I booked a studio that had broken furniture in it. The nightstand was broken, and one leg of the coffee table was damaged. The bathtub drained extremely slowly. Even though it was a studio, the kitchen had zero utensils. The telephone line didn’t work either.

For every single issue, we had to go downstairs to the front desk. We asked for kitchen utensils, and the lady handed us a huge basket with pots, plates, glasses, etc. We had to carry that heavy basket all the way to our room only to find that one saucepan was completely tarnished and peeling from everywhere. It looked disgusting. We had to go all the way back again just to request a proper saucepan.

Later, we found out the iron didn’t work either, so again we had to go downstairs and ask. It was multiple unnecessary rounds up and down.

The breakfast was terrible too. They claimed to serve coffee, but there wasn’t even milk or proper hot water available. They didn’t even have drinking water to serve.

Everything was rubbish. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
