We partner with two nearby public parking facilities. Secure Parking at 159 Pitt Street (located under the hotel) has self-parking AUD 68 per 24 hours and Valet parking AUD 115 per 24 hours. The second option is Wilson Parking at AUD 23 Angel Place (Pitt Street), charging AUD 35 per entry per 24 hours on weekdays and weekends. Please note that both options must have the ticket validated by the hotel Concierge. Prices are subject to change.

Please note that for group bookings, a nonrefundable prepayment of the full amount is required at least 60 days prior to arrival.

An elegant luxury hotel in the heart of Sydney with exceptional service and a fantastic location.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully restored with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the location was outstanding and within walking distance of Circular Quay, the Opera House, Darling Harbour, and excellent shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

The rooms are starting to show their age in some areas and could benefit from a refresh.

Perfect for a Sydney stay
Pros:

Wonderfully attentive staff at every level of the hotel experience. The Heritage room we enjoyed was lovely, like a step back in time. Cocktails at the bar was a luxury before a short stroll to our event at City Recital Hall. As lifelong Sydney-siders it was wonderful to have a night of luxury in our own city.

a breath of fresh air & enjoyable
Pros:

What I liked more than the quality of the room, was the customer service by absolutely every staff member we crossed paths with. Not one staff member walked past us without enquiring if we were ok or had we been served yet. However is in charge of staff training is doing an amazing job.

Cons:

The bed was way too hard for me & whilst my partner prefers a harder bed, it was a little to firm for her too.
But hey, it's a hotel, you can't please everyone.
