We stayed here after our flight was cancelled and were really impressed by the effort the staff made to make our stay a good one.
Good location, front desk was very help full.
Ambience was bit old, but the stay was good.
Only my complain was with break fast staff, quite rude behavior. They need training to behave with customers.
Room was very specious, clean, very quiet and value for money.
In breakfast I liked the Egg Omelet and Coffee.
My wife and I stayed there Feb. 13th and 14th, when we got to our room it was dark so I went to open the roller shade, the chain was completely missing and I had to stand on a chair and roll it up by hand. The room was pretty warm so I went to adjust the thermostat but the temp didn't seem to change at all that evening and night and it was so warm you couldn't sleep, I told front desk about it in the morning and they said there was an issue with the hvac system and that they could bring some fans up to our room, I was under the impression that it would be fixed that day but we ended up going another night with no sleep because it was so warm, if they had told us we could have went to another hotel and actually enjoyed what was left of our weekend, the manager tried to offer us points to make it better and I refused it, anywhere else you go and have an issue like that they would comp the stay. This experience has turned us off of Hilton completely.
The room, bed, facilities were all nice and clean. The staff in the dining room was great and food was good. .
The front desk staff told different stories to me and my co-worker about the shuttle. It's hard to make decisions when you are getting different information from each staff member. Also, the cleaning crew took a Walmart bag that was sitting on the floor of the room. It had a receipt in it that I needed for claiming expenses and I intended to use that bag for my dirty clothes in my suitcase. They should never throw anything away that is not in a trash bin. That cost me money, which makes me unhappy.
Had bars close by and in hotel
The lobby is elegant and cozy. The staff allowed me a complimentary early check-in. My room was comfortable and clean but I did have the minor hiccup upon arrival of finding hairs and makeup stains on the bedding. After alerting the staff, they immediately acted. However it was lucky that I happened to noticed the bedding before 5pm which is when housekeeping supposedly left for the day. I had specifically left a note when booking asking for fresh sheets and towels. On-site guest laundry is very helpful but the laundry pods they sell individually are overpriced. I enjoyed the restaurant - menu was diverse and the waiters diligent.
The bed was very comfortable, the room very spacious.
The fridge in my room didn’t work, some electrical outlets in the room didn’t work (hotel staff was informed) , only one jet in the hot tub worked, ants crawling on the floor of the pool room and there was here that wasn’t mine in my bathtub.
Bed was comfortable and so we're the pillows.
Housekeeping. They did a poor job. One of the house keepers put dirty bedding back on a bed I asked her to change. None of the surfaces were cleaned. I had to call house keeping again to ask to VACUUM the room. It's highly unprofessional.
The fact that I had call maintenance to open a window for me because they removed a part of the video that would allow me to open.
Acceptable airport hotel. A little pricey and too far from airport without adequate guidance (map) to get to termianl.
I had BBQ ribs for dinner. Probably the worst ribs I have ever had; they were burnt to a crisp.
