Llegamos y nos atendio un conserje q no era tal. Nos dijo q teniamos q regresar mas tarde. Pedimos ir al restaurante y nos indico donde estaba. Fuimos y estaba cerrado. Al rato volvimos y nos atendio el conserje real y nos indico q ese dia no funcionaba el restaurante. Luego de eso todo normal

Buenísimo pero aún puede mejorar

Dormitorio muy cómodo, calefaccionado y limpio. Me hicieron un upgrade a una pieza muy cómoda. La piscina y el horario de uso de la piscina, la flexibilidad con el check in. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a resolver inquietudes. El comedor para desayuno y el desayuno muy completo. Las vistas a la ciudad preciosas.

Cons:

El vestido y baño de la piscina no tenía calefacción y era un cambio muy brusco de temperatura con el ambiente de la piscina. Mejoraría también la iluminación de la piscina en la noche, estaba un poco oscura. Hubo problema con el estacionamiento que no me avisaron debidamente la no disponibilidad de este por arreglos el día domingo pero luego se solucionó. El frigobar hacía mucho ruido de noche.

Amplitud de las habitaciones, piscina habilitada y mesa ping-pong sumado a la excelente disposición del Personal el variado desayuno y la posibilidad de estacionamiento más allá de la ubicación

Cons:

Algunas falencias en aseo habitación/baño, temperatura suboptima de piscina pueden mejorar calidad de sábanas y toallas, no obstante lo bueno compensa ampliamente estas observaciones menores

Desayuno super poco variable, los queques o tartas eran un poco secas. En cuanto a la piscina, no se podría apreciar la vista, porque se notaba que no lo limpiaban hace un tiempo.
