Excellent for families & business!
Pros:

Great home away from home at the Prague Marriott Hotel!

Check-in was easy and quick, and our room was incredibly spacious and spotless. Even though the hotel was busy all week, we had the best sleep because the rooms were so quiet and the walls weren’t thin. Housekeeping was always friendly and even left the kids extra chocolates during nightly turndown service, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The Artisan had an amazing breakfast spread every morning, from pastries and waffles to eggs and more. Makaela at Artisan was especially wonderful — she took time every day to chat with us and my kids, always greeting us with a genuine warm smile. Martina and Anna, the manager, were also welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel has a great gym, an excellent sauna and steam room, and my kids absolutely loved the pool. The location is perfect — close to Starbucks, the central square, and many historical sites.

A special thank you to Alexandr Ivanov, Zarin from guest relations, Artiom the Front Office Manager, and Anna Pernicka for being so helpful with all our questions before arrival and for always responding so quickly.

This is clearly a very well-run hotel, and it truly shows in the staff’s attitude and service. Everyone seemed happy, professional, and eager to help. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return!

Cons:

Se acabo el shower gel y no lo cambian, pero eso igual me paso en otros hoteles. No revisan constantemente el relleno de los botes del lavamanos

Wow! From the minute we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The rooms are simply beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the location in Prague is absolutely unbeatable.

A special shoutout to the M Club staff, particularly Lin, who was incredibly courteous and went out of her way to be accommodating for vegetarians. It is so rare to find a hotel that exceeds expectations on every front, but the Marriott Prague delivered perfectly.

I would go back to Prague and never even look for another hotel. They have absolutely earned my loyalty!
