Ankunft um 5 am: zuvorkommend in Empfang genommen, professionelles angenehmes Ambiente, Tee vor dem Frühstück besorgt, sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl.
Zimmer sauber, gute Grösse, sehr bequemes, erholsames Bett.
Sehr schneller Zimmerservice - Abendessen frisch und schnell auf Bestellung gekocht und aufs Zimmer gebracht.
Lage optimal, zentral. Alles von hier zu Fuss erreichbar.

Safety concern
Pros:

I was assigned a room that was already occupied when I checked in. A bad experience for me and a breach of privacy and security for the guest in the room. I get concerned when a hotel gives random people access to a room that is occupied.
The room I was finally given had shower in the bathtub. Uncomfortable and risky to climb into a bathtub to take a shower.
M Club lounge is excellent. Hotel location is good for discovering Prague.

After 1 hour of waiting in the lobby, they managed to offer me a room. The bathrooms smelled like mold, the bathroom door absorbed water and it swallowed up. The shower panel was full of marks, the ceiling had a hole in it and the pool, was full of dead skin, mucus and slime.
