The hotel is well kept and the staff was very helpful but...
I booked the room through booking.com. That website stated a hot tube was available. The photos accompanying the room description showed a tub in the bathroom. Oddly, on arrival, and only after asking, was I informed that that the rooms with hot tubs or baths were subject to availability. Do you want to guess at the availability while I was there? I will not be coming back.

Nice room and nice hotel, breakfast was satisfactory - a few more options would be better.
Location is poor with many nearby businesses closed which gives an unsafe feeling when walking in the nearby streets. All-in-one coffee machine for breakfast is poor option-coffee from these machines is very bland.

The STAFF was super NICE! I was heading on foot for the US EMBASSY with HEAVY RAIN! They lent me an UMBRELLA.
The Location is best - if have US EMBASSY schedule, as the hotel is across it a good 5 minute walk, to walk & climb the foot bridge to reach the embassy.

Not very clean, and even the linens had an unpleasant smell. Some front desk staff were also not very approachable or accommodating.
