It is a non smoking property but lots of people smoke right in front of the hotel which makes the lobby a bit smoky.

Very good location. Room was good, very comfortable bed, good size room and the staff was very professional and responsive but...
The reason I couldn't rate this hotel higher is that in my two nights I stayed there, I had no hot water. Luck warm water in the evening and slightly better in the morning. Moreover, the sauna wasn't working on both occasion I was there.
Although I getting frustrated that I keep booking a hotel because they have a sauna, only to find out (it is not working, I can't accept that a 5 star hotel doesn't have hot water. On my second night, I received a customer call care to ask how my stay was, which again was very positive. it seems there is discrepancies between the staff/level of services they are trying to provide and the facilities. Perhaps, I was unlucky, but the hot water being a must, I have to mention it.

Great location, friendly staff, and they left Pastéis de Nata in the room — they were amazing, honestly better than many we tried in Lisbon.
Considering that this is a five-star hotel, I was quite surprised by the overall condition of the room. The room felt outdated, and the closet was dusty, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category.
The lighting in the room was also very poor, especially around the mirror, making it difficult to get ready or do makeup comfortably. In addition, the room service options after midnight were extremely limited, which I would not expect from a five-star hotel.
Overall, the experience did not fully match the standard I would normally expect from a five-star property, especially considering the price.
