The staff and the price were nice.

Cons:

The floor smelled terrible. Room did not seem clean. It really doesn't give you the comfort of home. You have to ask for everything instead of it being easy available... Coffee, tableware, shampoo, everything.

Some lights didn't work at all.

It was pretty disappointing.

I refused to stay do to poor upkeep of property, and bad odor in the Lobby.
Cons:

Lobby smelled like mildew, and skunk, outside property window treatments stained, grounds unkempt, bicycles, folding chairs laying around property.

Cons:

You booked me a room at an overbooked hotel and I did. Not get to stay there. I want a refund for any expenses you took because of the severe inconvenience it cost me … o missed my event I went to Columbia for because I had no hotel to stay in and had to find another hotel… it cost me my business opportunity because I missed my meeting due to no hotel . I will never book with Expedia again

Pros:

room was servicable and clean. and the water was hot.

It was ok for a night stay but the cleanest was a problem you all need to do better

The location the check in host was very nice l had to witch rooms because the door was broken and would close that was really a inconvenience for me as a guest in your hotel
