It was fine, clean and comfortable but may not choose it again

Easy check in and out

Cons:

People smoking right at the doors and staff not telling them not to. Made walking in and out the front and back doors very unpleasant and made the lobby stink

Worst hotel experience I've ever had, across 25+ countries and 3 decades of travel

The location was ok.

Cons:

This was the single worst hotel stay we've ever had. The first room was very dirty and reeked of smoke odors so we asked to be moved. In the second room, the sofa bed mattress was filthy and so thin it was incredibly uncomfortable; my kids couldn't sleep at all. The room smelled moldy. The worst aspect was that there was no AC in the bedroom. It was a heat wave that weekend with the heat index pushing 105-110 degrees... not having AC in the bedroom meant we were on the verge of being sick all night. We should have left in the middle of the night but it was complicated with kids and cats. We left as soon as we could in the morning and the hotel has refused to refund fees despite not delivering on a very basic amenity that was advertised (air conditioning).

Trying to get a refund from this hotel after this nightmare stay has been a MONTHS long process. Do not stay here, even though they accept pets! It's not worth it.
