Location and staff. The front desk associate was very polite and helpful.
The refrigerator. Each time the refrigerator came on, there was a loud fan noise and volume on TV had to be turned up a lot. I was sleeping on the sofa bed and was woken up due to the refrig. I finally turned it off at 2AM.
I liked the price, the location, and the way the rooms were set up.
Rooms had bugs in them, we got another room but the worker didn’t put it in the system so we got bothered by workers trying to kick us out for something their worker did. they weren’t trying to hear nothing we had to say basically trying to blame us. Bad attitudes and everything.

The king size bed was very very comfortable and I did like the overall cleaning of the room
Our room was overall clean but the bottom of the toilet was very dirty and I did not like that! I felt nasty just for that reason. I informed front desk she told me to send a email to the manager but the email she presented to me was wrong. She also said she would have housekeeping come in the following day to clean the bottom of the toilet but nobody actually came. She did apologize for the situation which I appreciate a lot. That is why I’m giving my overall stay a 6 rating score
It was very clean. Also comfortable. The people were fantastic.

Monica, Diana, Eva, and Cocoa were kind courteous and accommodating. I have to say I like the property, however I often felt like I was being watched oddly.
Management watches you on video from home but won't speak with you in person, if you have any concerns about vending machines, bugs, and most importantly extra charges that most of us may miss.The duration of my I cleaned my own room, I was cordial and kind to staff. When I saw the foolio their were so many charges my head hurt. Management treated me awful she kicked me out with no empathy especially since it was the middle of the night I was sleeping in the room. Management had front desk young lady come to room knock on door in middle of the night to say management said you have 30 min to leave. I was and am humiliated, hurt, and shamed. I offered to help housekeeping anything I could not to be in the situation I'm in now.
I didn't want to sleep in cold car trying to book been charged in lobby some days with signature other days None . I'm just trying to figure out why she would be so inhumane. I paid premium rates daily when her online ESA rates were $78 she was charging me $121-132 daily.The email receipt and copy receipts are completely different.
