It sucked never staying again

The staff was rude. The air conditioner didn't work. When booking online there's no questions about animals that need to stay. I was charged $88 for my dog but they locked me out of my room until I paid for it which I did and then as soon as I did they tell me I have to leave because my license was expired by a few days and said no one can be on property without proper id. It was 12:00am when this all happened so I had to go pack up my stuff and leave immediately. That was such crap. I was checking out that morning anyways and I had been there for 3 nights already and then wanna kick me out in the middle of the night. That's a safety concern for anyone. I had nowhere to go and I felt robbed. The night guy acted like I was a criminal and escorted me off the property at 12:30am. NEVER STAYING AGAIN.. THE AC UNIT HEATED THE ROOM UP IT WAS A SAUNA IN THE ROOM.
